Towed My vehicle the day before my dad’s funeral because of my insurance lapsed. After I let him know it the situation and they were informed my check didn’t hit my account until 5pm the day of the tow. Jamie did not work with me instead he towed my truck an hour before . Jamie is a bully and he use scare tactics and gets very disrespectful I wouldn’t recommend this place. I was told even if I covered my insurance that I wouldn’t receive my vehicle back. Also if you notice most comments from the past year is horrible STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

Definitely not a fancy showroom dealer, but really nice guys with nice vehicles, Carfaxes available online, and the best processing fee I've seen.

If I could give zero stars then I would. We no longer had a car for over a month due to giving the car back to my father in law due to money wise and all of a sudden a payment comes out and they don’t want to refund that payment to someone that no longer has the car. Jamie is very rude and disrespectful and I do not recommend getting a car from here unless you want money to go missing.

First, I bought a 2009 Mazda and 3 days later the head gasket blew. They let me switch it out for a 2007 Camry and none of the fluids had been changed or checked before selling me the car. I was told the day I got the car that they would order my tags for me and even took my money for the tags. 3 months go by and I have still not received my tags. They repossessed the car and their excuse was “you wrecked the car (a dent that cause 0 damage to anything except body damage) and haven’t gotten tags” when I called they were very disrespectful on the phone. (Keep in mind I am 20 year old and this was my first time having this issue) after expressing my feelings I was told I was not allowed to come collect my belongings from the car including mine and my friends wallet. After showing up for my belongings I was yelled at while holding an 11 month old baby. I ended up calling the police about the issue and that’s when they switched up and said I could get my belongings. Very disrespectful company. This company is an absolute scam do not buy from here.

Won't let you test drive, No Carfax, didn't put the 30 day warranty in the application to the finance company, and the whole situation just felt wrong with no care from the guy running the place. Would not go here ever.

Bought a 2019 Dodge Promaster with higher mileage. Was told vehicle was checked over thoroughly that I would get good use out of it. That it ran great. Engine light came on 40 miles out of the parking lot after purchase. Called dealership was told it was probably something small. The van was never driven after getting back to the shop. It was immediately taken to get logo put on it. The very 1st day out after getting logo the transmission went out. $800 tow bill later to get back home 2hrs away. Just found out today it's going to cost over $4000 for a rebuilt transmission not counting taking it out and putting it back in. I'm $5500 in the hole just after 150 miles driven?

I highly recommend Elite Auto Sales. I was dealing with a loss of wages during the pandemic and Jamie was always very understanding and worked with me. I’ve had my vehicle for over a year and have had no issues what’s so ever.

This is the second vehicle I bought from Elite Auto Sales. I keep returning because its a no hassle process and vehicles are in great shape. Jamie is honest , patient and on top of everything. I conducted most of my transaction via email and he was super responsive. I would rather give me business to Elite than any other dealership in town.
