Accused me of stealing my grandmas medicine...shorted her pills again for the 2nd time after taking 10 15 min to find the medicine after calling 10 min prior...they do not own up to their mistakes...and they still or had a known alcoholic working as a pharmacist

Such a horrible place to get your medicine first they don't fill the prescription all the way then accuse you of stealing the medicine because they don't want to look incompetent I wouldn't fill my dogs medicine at this place much less a human worst case of incompetence I've ever seen and this place should be shut down for being so horrible

This place use to be good. Most positive reviews are from their older location but since they moved they are now the worse place to get your prescriptions. I have been sick for 7 days and 4 days ago had my prescriptions sent to them so when I go to pick them up today they tell me they don't have but 1 of 4 and the other 3 won't come in til tomorrow. I was released from the hospital on Friday and today is Tuesday and my prescriptions are not even there? When your released from the hospital you should be able to get your prescriptions the next day at most but for them to not even have them after 4 days is unacceptable. Do not use this pharmacy as for everyone I know is having problems with them now. I hate to say it but this place needs to go out of business instead of hurting the people they are hurting because they can't afford to keep medications stocked due to the overhead they have now with their new location. They should have stayed up by the hospital.This is an update to my review I left yesterday which was my honest opinion and by law have every right to express by law but I guess the guy who runs this place nor cares about his customers experience or he would have come at me a different way. I ended up having to be on the phone for half of the day yesterday getting my prescriptions figured out. This pharmacy decided to let me transfer only 2 of my 4 prescriptions that I am in day 5 of not having after being released from emergency room. I was ok with this I was tired of fighting someone who just seemed like they didn't have a care for me in general. So I did get 2 of my prescriptions at the hospital which has a way better and easier way to get prescriptions due to their in house pharmacy yesterday. I recommend this place especially those being released from the emergency room. So this morning my prescriptions are supposed to be in at this pharmacy I don't want anything to do with anymore and when called to make sure I can come get them the man in charge at this pharmacy who probably overcompensates for the little things he has in life wasn't happy with my review and tells me because of my review he refuses to fill my prescriptions now. This is a shame. If I ran a business and someone left a review that was true and honest I would take a look at how I was running things because if your gonna run a business in a town like Front Royal you have to put your customers first. This is how this town is. We all know each other and we all care about each other. We don't put money first we put friends, family or even our customers first. This is business 101 in a small town. Hope this review helps and if this has happened to you then do what I'm about to do and report it to the Better Business Bureau. If they receive so many complaints then they have to shut down and by doing this people won't have to suffer in pain like I did for an extra 4 days just due to their neglect.

I have been having my prescriptions filled here for 7 years I absolutely love them! They have great customer service and are always willing to help you out if you have any problems! They are so wonderful I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Terrible services by new lady she answers the phone with a rude attitude and always hang up. I ask her to speak with someone else about my kid medication but she said the medication will be fill up until December, I ask again to speak w someone else she said they will said the same!! Anyways done with Family Pharmacy

I've been having my prescriptions filled at Family Pharmacy in Front Royal, VA for years. However, lately on several occasions, I was not pleased with their service. Recently, I dropped off several prescriptions. I asked a young lady at the front counter when they would be ready. She loudly said, THEY ARE CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES and won't be ready today! Everyone in the store heard her including the pharmacist Greg, who looked at me, yet he didn't say a word. I didn't expect my prescriptions to be refilled that day. At times the Pharmacist Greg can be patronizing and all the employees at Family Pharmacy seem overworked and often stressed. I will be taking my business to the Target Pharmacy, where I have always found their employees to have good customer service skills.
