Within 12 hours, they emailed me because the flower mini that I ordered had a chip in it, and it was the only one left in the store. Not only did they ship the other parts of my order in time for my St. Patrick’s Day decor to be displayed, but made a special shipment to send me a new flower one once they got more in stock. Thank you, Turnmeyers for providing the kind of care to thoroughly check products before selling/shipping them, but also wonderful customer service to make sure that I got everything I ordered when I needed it.
