The people who work there are great and they have no power in fixing the issue I have. Reselling items for the same price they'd be brand new should be illegal. Don't give me no mess about the money going to a good cause or the money needing to go to overhead I know that's a lie. Goodwill doesn't hold a high rating amoung causes to donate to.

Great looking store with some hard workers that do a great job. Too bad some workers there talk about regular shoppers and look a little over worked or tired. Not nice when I overheard the conversation. Sometimes prices are too high.

Nothing I personally would buy as a teenager and not one of the biggest selections I’ve seen but prices are very reasonable and staff are nice!

I would have given a 5 star. For, I love the stores atmosphere and pizazz, but you have a mean brunette there that wears glasses and is on the younger side who just always has a stanklook on her face. It's unwelcoming.The short little lady who checked me out was a delight but I will be back, but next time-she will be checked. Don't disrespect people in front of their children.Just find a different job if you dislike yours. ??♀️

Tha Goodwill in Front Royal, is a Cclean, neat store with nice associates. Found some great thrifted items. 10 out of 10 would recommend, will return.
