“I recently came to the Front Royal, VA Lowes. It was late and pretty close to closing time but given my schedule, I find it hard to get into the store during the middle of the day. I was there to purchase a large toolbox for my truck, and asked an employee to check the inventory via item number. That's when I met Shelly in customer service, and she was incredible. I had a strong feeling of guilt given the time and the toolbox was practically attached to ceiling and the very top row. Shelly assured me that it was no trouble at all and proceeded to pull the product for me. This was unexpected, I would have easily expected an employee to push me a day out, being that it was closing tim yet, Shelly insisted that she was there to help. Incredibly helpful, sweet, and professional. 5/5 will be back. Thank you Shelly!”
