Jerry From Keen's towing was not just extremely prompt he kept me updated on his arrival and was quick to respond. He was also unbelievable helpful and professional. I would recommend Keen's in a heartbeat to anyone in the area needing a tow. A+ service all the way around.It won't let me review twice But Jason from Keens is also amazing. Prompt helpful and keeps you up to date. This is hands down the best towing co pany around and I'll continue to use them as long as I can

They never showed up or called me to update. State Farm said that they were updated that the service had been complete but I was watching the car and no one had ever showed up. Don’t know if this is an issue with Keens not getting the information or if Keens is just ignoring certain customers, considering Ravyn had the same problem as me. On the other note the replies to negative reviews on here are extremely unprofessional.

I filed a claim with my insurance to get my car towed and they were the service provider chosen. I waited 4 hours for my car to get towed and they never once came to pick it up. I called several times over the duration of those hours and did not get to talk to anybody the whole time. They ended up reassigning the service to someone else. Very poor customer service. The least they could do is call and let us know they wouldn't or couldn't do it.

Excellent!??He updated us on his arrival! He was a great conversationalist indeed; the ride from Hanover, Virginia to Hyattsville, Maryland was NOT a long, boring, quiet trip. My King enjoyed talking to him and sharing stories, while I slept like a big baby.

Had them come out and change a flat tire in the parking lot at my work. They put a donut tire on. When I came out to check shortlu after he left, thr tire was flat.Then he refused to come back and add more air. You can only imagine what kind of spot that put me in.

I had a wonderful experience with David at Keen's! I thought I had enough gas to get to the nearest gas station. I was sadly mistaken! Thank goodness I was able to get help through USAA for roadside assistance! David drove an hour to get to me and delivered me the gas I needed. Thank you David for the courtesy call letting me know you were on the way and your generosity and hospitality shines through! Five Stars for David and for the service that Keen provides!

My first flat in almost 10 years and I had no idea what to expect. I’d never been towed, by JT was so helpful. His coordinators were super kind and professional as they helped me navigate through my panic of a flat in a county that I wasn’t even from. They spoke with my insurance to get me to a technician was comfortable with, they even offered to do the service themselves if my guys didn’t have it. They are a “one stop shop” that offers personalized care and truly value their customers in any situation you may meet them for.
