Poor service department. Long waits. Estimated times for completion never delivered on. Worst service manager and general manager to handle the simplest insurance claim. I’ll never buy GM again.

Took my vehicle to get it inspected. I was told via app and on the phone with John that to pass, my vehicle needed the rear brake pads and rotors replaced. Also was told I needed a valve replaced. After I called back and asked bluntly, will my car pass with just the brakes fixed, I was told the valve replacement was highly recommended, but would not impact the inspection, which was contrary to what the app stated. Also, I gave consent on the night drop off to dispose of parts, as I thought I only needed an inspection. I told John that I wanted my old brakes and rotors prior to the work being done, yet there were no parts in my car. Met him when I picked up the keys, and he didn't say anything about not saving my parts. I'll never come back to this dealership for anything. I understand that my brakes need to be replaced, but I don't trust you when I'm told differing things about what my vehicle needs to pass an inspection. Total upsell and not appreciated. In the future, I'll pay someone else to do my inspections. Shady business practices.

It took me/them 5 months to come across the right truck, worth the wait. Everyone was very courteous, helpful and patient. Ali was my direct sales person, he was very polite, knowledgeable and stayed in touch throughout the process, along with Ali the other salesman was Mike and he to was helpful, polite and patient as well. Kalo the general sales manager was patient, helpful and never pushy. A good experience, thank you all.
