it's a good sign that they always seem busy, but they always take the time to promptly address my issues in a straightforward and honest manner. several times they've fixed small problems with my tires and charged nothing. I know of no other comparable places in town. thank you for your excellent work

I can't say enough good things about this business. I had a simple problem, nail in my tire, and they took me right in patched the tire. The staff was helpful, the charge was unexpectedly low, and I was in and out in 20 minutes.

The mud flap on my vehicle came halfway off on my way to New York from South Carolina. Exiting the highway, I drove to the nearest auto body shop, where I was told that they couldn't get me in for a couple of hours. So, I proceeded to call around, 3 shops didn't answer, and 3 others were too busy as well. Call number 7 was McCarthy's. They asked how far away I was. Then, said yes, they'd help me out. When I arrived, I could see that they, too, were busy but got me right in. I was very thankful that they decided to help me out. My trips from SC to NY are usually about 14 hours, and the last thing I want during that haul is to be delayed for too long. Thank you, McCarthy's Tire Service!!

I had a flat tire, and while it’s not a totally new experience, it’s definitely one of those awkward moments where I was left searching for a solution. Thankfully, McCarthy Tire Service stepped in and helped me weigh my options. Homer, in particular, has excellent customer service! He was honest about their schedule and even recommended competitors for quicker service, which speaks volumes about his integrity. I tried calling the competition, but they didn’t answer, so I stuck with McCarthy, and I’m glad I did.
Homer helped coordinate a towing company (Midway Towing—also great!) and knew how to manage everything like a true pro. Once my car was towed in, Homer worked with me to find the most affordable solution. The service was absolutely ? stellar! In just a day, my flat was fixed, because I drove away with new tires and an alignment that I was considering, too.
Huge thanks to Homer and the team. I'm grateful for the convenience and great service!

If you are in need of repair or a tire replacement don’t come here go to Ron’s used tire he will get you in and out and on the move. the guys a McCarthy denied me service because he didn’t want to walk out in the rain to check the tire size I said I’ll get it for you and he said to go to Ron’s I’m not messing with that in the rain and I couldn’t have been happier with the results and it was a great price to

Very friendly. Just had a check up on a van. There was an issue with the tire air pressure sensors. Homer explained clearly what was wrong and was upfront about pricing. Later he and his man came out to show me the defective sensor and the new one they were about to install. I appreciate being treated like a valued customer.
