When we bought our first home with Jim, there was a lot going on in my life, and just thinking about the fact that my wife and I were going to be buying a house too, threatened to overwhelm us. Jim provided a strong does of calm and sanity. He came to understand what we wanted in a home and really helped us find the house we wanted -- he had the patient to take us to dozens of showings throughout Warren County. Jim is very knowledgeable and managed to explain to me all the ins and outs of what goes into the home buying process, and I actually understood it! I felt confident working with Jim, and when it came time to close on our new home, Jim managed to get us some significant seller concessions. Yes, I remember thinking that buying our first home should have been stressful, I remember thinking that it wasn't always a smooth process, but I do not remember ever feeling stressed, or worried about it... I do not remember feeling anything but confident that everything would work out for the best. I would definitely recommend that anyone who looking to buy property get in touch with Jim and partner with him to find your dream house.
