A deer ran out in front of me and caused me to damage my vehicle. My insurance asked what body shop I wanted to fix my vehicle. I have lived in Front Royal over 20 yrs and Royal Auto Works Inc has always been an outstanding company. During this deer incident, the mechanic assigned to me is Trevour. I cannot say enough nice things about him! Honestly, I am so impressed with his professionalism, compassionate and honesty. He has explained what the repairs will be, even walked me over to show me. He treats me with compassion & understanding regarding the emotional and financial impact an accident causes and keeps me updated regularly. Lastly, he is being very honest with me regarding the timeframe I should expect my vehicle back. It is upsetting to me when I am given false hope, I would rather have to honest reality. I don’t write reviews often but this is very important to me and needs to in writing. The world can be a negative place sometimes and it’s nice to interact with someone who treats others how he wants to be treated! That is exactly my moral belief as well! Thanks so much Trevour for the outstanding service! You deserve a raise!!!!! 😊🙏

Nathan and Staff did a beautiful job despite running into more than one hurdle along the way. They also did some touch up on some minor blemishes free of charge while they were blending as needed. Its funny how brand new panels make the old sections look worse. Thank you Royal Auto Works Inc. Competitive rates, factory results,with next level customer service.

This place did a fantastic job on our BMW. They made the car look better than before it was hit, and they matched the paint perfectly. I am very satisfied with the work done. They stuck to the timeline they gave me and made the whole process very easy and enjoyable. I will definitely use Royal Auto Works again in the future.

My auto insurance referred me to a body shop after my car was damaged when. I hit a deer.
The Winchester group wanted to total my Jeep with only damage to the right front fender and headlight. My vehicle was driveable and there was no air bag deployment!!
I saved my car by removing it and driving it to Royal Auto Works.
What a wonderful breath of fresh air!! I was treated like a human with a brain. The entire process was done with professionalism
Robbie was my contact and went above and beyond!! The estimate was fair, the time frame for completion reasonable. And I have my Jeep Grand Cherokee back and beautiful.

Per 2 recommendations, I visited Royal Auto Works today for an estimate on the damage that I did backing into my husband's car 😬. Robbie was wonderfully kind. He was able to fix the damage that I had done with his hand. I intend to return for all of my auto body needs, and highly recommend this business.

Royal Auto Works handled our 2018 Toyota Yaris. Spencer helped us thru the insurance process. They repaired the car within 2 weeks of our accident and did a wonderful job.
