I hate do be one of those people but if I could leave zero stars I would. I dropped my matron of honor dress off Tuesday of this week and asked for it back Thursday, any time Thursday. I got a call yesterday, Thursday afternoon saying they didn't have something to treat the dress. However, if I absolutely needed it, they would have it ready. I said no it's okay, I just need it first thing Friday morning as we are headed out of town for the wedding. I understood and was willing to work with them. Well come today, Friday... I pick up my dress, pay for it and she apologizes for the delay. I'm like no big deal, I appreciate you getting the dress to me. I walk out of the store and get into the daylight and there are ink stains all over my dress. I mean everywhere. I immediately bring it back in and she says to bring it back and she'll fix it afterwards. Uhm... that does me no good. I need this dress for my best friends wedding and it's ruined. I am not a confrontational person, I found her to be very dismissive, unhelpful, and unapologetic about it. There is no resolution as I refuse to go back there, I'm out of money for a brand new dress, amd the cost of the cleaning.

This was my first dry cleaning experience, and I am seriously underwhelmed. I’m not even sure that they cleaned my clothes, they came out covered in lint, the shirts had wrinkles, they couldn’t get basic armpit stains out, I was able to do it myself after following some home remedies, it’s just disappointing.

Took up the hem on a pair of black dress pants for me.- Very nicely done.- For a reasonable rate.- Cheerfully had them ready within the week.Highly recommended.

I come here to dry clean my favorite jackets and also to adjust and tailor my clothing. Tailoring was great! They fixed several pants for me. And the dry cleaning is so good I get compliments at work for how white and clean my jackets look.Family owned. Very professional.

I can only give it 3 stars as they put the zipper on the wrong side. I didn't know this until I got home & I'm not taking it back to wait another 2 weeks. Other than that they did a good job.Service: Clothing alterations & repairs
