I wish more companies had the same professionalism and award winning customer service as Schewel. I had a great experience from start to finish. The showroom was large. We were always greeted as we walked in. Many options to choose from. Prices are transparent and competitive. Delivery was smooth and on time. They took extra care to protect my walls as they moved items through the house. Everyone I interacted with was top notch, professional and kind. Calling the office with questions was easy. My home is so beautiful thanks to Schewel. I am a customer for life. If anyone wants quality home furniture and competitive prices and amazing customer service this is the place to go.

David our sales rep , was amazing. He was very friendly, great customer service, wasn't at all pushy and had a great understanding of the inventory and process. Definitely will be seeing him again when we purchase our next item .

From the first visit of “Just shopping” to my last visit for purchase and to set up delivery, 110% satisfied. Knowledgeable employees of the products they sell. Listened to my needs and gave me room to decide without being pressured. Recommend highly and will return again.

We bought a microfiber sofa 4 years ago and just gave it away. It did not wear well, lots of tears in the fabric. We purchased microfiber because we have a microfiber recliner that we purchased about 15 years ago from Value City Furniture, and it is still in perfect condition. Obviously the sofa from Shewels is of inferior quality.
