I should have left a review for these guys years ago, but better late than never. This shop is my go-to for local repairs. They've fixed everything from the differential, to the a/c, to fixing up the stuff I had messed up on the ball joint. I've brought them multiple cars over the years. Recently I asked them to put on some aftermarket parts, and they did a great job on that too!! Very trustworthy auto shop, they have always communicated well with me and provided a great product in a reasonable time at a reasonable price.

The only place I take my vehicles. Above and beyond all expectations. They're not afraid to do hard stuff beyond just simple brake jobs. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced.

My car didn’t pass State Inspection and Dale was fair and honest about what needed to be done. He even had Toby drive me and pick me up! Superior Service-highly recommended!

Living in Front Royal, this is the body shop I go to. They are always fair with prices and I have never felt like they are overcharging or fixing things that don't need fixing. They seem to be honest guys and, for the most part, pretty nice. Dale is always polite and great to deal with. The other guy is occasionally grumpy. To me, that matters less than the other stuff.

Honest, polite service, great work & fast. My a.c. gave out & Skyline service center fixed it, & changed the fluids that needed changing ( no upsales here) very fair & honest prices. I am very happy I went to this business. I even had fog lights installed & it looks factory.

Update : Went back for re-inspection after getting work done elsewhere and it took 45minutes even though arrived at 8am like requested
And by the way the part came pregreased and too much can damage it (last comment is because was also told by Skyline that the mechanic forgot to grease the part and that the other garages work was bad/incomplete )but my car is so much smoother and quieter after the work.They did pass it for 1$ though .

Stopped by for state inspection first thing this morning . Ran into what I presume mechanic/employee. We exchanged pleasantries. He let me inside and told me someone in office would be right with me. Couple minutes pass and a gentleman asked very abruptly if he could help me? I said I would like to have my car state inspected if I could. He said (again very abruptly/grouchy) NO , I’m booked up through Wednesday (no customers in the business but myself. I assume 3 days worth of state inspection drop offs) he picks up 3 or 4 pouches and says “see these”? All Drop offs! You have the potential of a new customer right in front of you and you shoo me off like I’m a nuisance. You tell me I can leave my car with you and you might get to it by end of day (right after you tell me you are booked on state inspections 3 days out? )No thanks. A simple “not today” would suffice. Im happy you don’t need nor want new customers but, be careful with that business model. My truck passed inspection. Karma. Have a Blessed day

Skyline Service Center diagnosed and fixed my car right away, even though they were busy. I think the person who helped (Ronnie?) could tell I was on a road trip and took pity on me.
The problem wasn't a complicated one (loose snow shield under my car), and Ronnie was able to fix it quickly. He took the time to explain it to me, and he refused to accept any payment for fixing it!
I was barely an hour into a 7-hour drive on the first leg of a 2-week road trip when this happened. What could have been a stressful, seriously delayed beginning to my vacation ended up being just a short break, thanks to Skyline Service Center!
