I was shopping for a dedicated hotspot and Sam B. helped us get started. He took care of setting everything up and all we had to do is come home and plug it in and it was smoking fast internet access. We are very happy with the speed and the price, thanks Sam, good job.

Had been a T-Mobile customer for more than 7 years and had no issues until I went to this store. Terrible service, they did not provide clear information about promotion. I bought one phone for discounted price which was supposed to kick in after couple of biling cycle. Now they are saying there was no such promotion without trade in. I asked specifically if I needed to trade in but they said no trade in required during the sales. Please read through all agreement before you trust the sales representative and manager. Never going back again.

Fold phone screen defect occurred. Called in and confirmed it was a known issue under manufacturer warranty. Confirmed repeatedly the screen didn't work at all but no damage occurred to the phone. They said no problem and sent the replacement to store for exchange. They refused cause the screen didn't work. No kidding it doesn't thats why it's being exchanged and they know it's covered and that it's a known issue... they said oh well not us. I asked what's the point of a valid warranty if they wouldn't honor it - if the phone has to be working to exchange it, why would we need to use the warranty? He said literally "honestly, I don't know why we have it."Well... ok then.

I went in hoping for help with an issue so that I wouldn't have to call customer service. I left with a phone number for customer service. I had several things I hoped to discuss, but there was one employee and four customers, so I'll try again later. Right before I left, though, another employee emerged from the back for a few seconds then left again.

Era, Eric, and Bella were phenomenally helpful in setting up our new service and transferring our old numbers over. They were patient, persistent, and knew the system so that when we ran into issues, they were ready to hop in and fix the problem immediately. Their customer service was off the charts and I highly recommend working with them and doing business at this store if you are looking to use T-Moble's services!

I JUST WITNESSED THIS EMPLOYEE WITH THE BANG HIDE A PHONE TO GIVE IT TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER INSTEAD OF THE FIRST PERSON WHO WAS WAITING FOR IT THEN TOLD THEM TO ORDER TO STORE.

This place is horrible. They lied to me and my husband about upgrading our phones and said ours would no longer work after March 31. We spent $300 on new phones and then called the 1800 number and they said we never even had to upgrade. A complaint was then called into Jessica and she lied and said we were shown the computer screen that said it had to be updated. We were not. I visited a different store and the sales manager there showed us the screen and verifies it did not say we had to upgrade. We were not having to do a tech up it was just eligible for upgrade and they took complete advantage of us. I am highly disappointed in the staff and manger and will not be returning.

Called to see if they had a particular phone in stock. They didn't have the color I wanted but did have the model when no other T-Mobile stores within a reasonable distance did. Noah was very helpful and knowledgeable. He had me in and out of the store quickly. All employees were friendly and chatty. Great experience overall.

Went in because I'm being charged for a phone line that I don't even have with t-mobile. I'm not even a t-mobile customer. I was told I had to call corporate or go to the store in Winchester because they couldn't do anything. I said I was going to go to the store across town, they told me they wouldn't be able to help me either. I was in and out of the one across town within 10 minutes, it was a simple fix. If thats how all customer are treated at this location then customer service skills definitely need worked on!
