We cannot say enough good things about Crystal & her partner Sandy. Crystal went above and beyond to help my husband and I find our perfect first house. As first time home buyers in this crazy market she made sure we never lost sight of our end goal, helped us stay within budget, and always made sure we were getting the best deal possible. Crystal helped us stay positive when we would lose on an offer and was always prepared with new listings to show us. Her availability and flexibility with my crazy schedule was truly remarkable. If we wanted to see a house she made sure we got in that day to see it. And if Crystal was busy Sandy was always there to step in to show us a property and even help us during our inspection. Crystal was always on time and prepared with information on the listings and had quite the eye for pointing out warning signs in houses. She truly has become like family to us and we are beyond grateful to have worked with her and Sandy. A big thank you from The Packs to you both for your kindness, patience, and professionalism throughout this entire process. We 100% recommend using Crystal and Sandy and will continue to use them down the road.

On our search for a new home we definitely struggled and had pretty bad luck in the beginning. After around 6 months of our year search we met Sandra and automatically knew she felt genuinely about helping us. Her partner Crystal stepped in when she couldn't be here and was always a step ahead of the game. We could not have asked for more professional and honest realtors. These ladies are a "dynamic duo", and my go-to realtors. They are incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, personable, and more importantly; patient. Buying & selling are stressful endeavors and they make the process easy by going out of there way to take pressure off their clients. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Crystal! We contacted several agents and Crystal was the only one who responded promptly. She made us feel so comfortable and at ease with the process, from start to finish. We moved from out of state, so this made everything a little more difficult. She walked us through everything, step by step. She used her weekends to show us house, sometime 4 in one day. As first time home buyers, she helped us to understand warning signs she would see in houses! She is so incredibly knowledgeable about everything real estate! She answered all of our silly questions, and made sure we understand everything going on, once we found our new house. You cannot go wrong with her! She will treat you like family! And family is very important to her! I could go on all day! Do not go anywhere else!! She is your woman! When we decide to sell down the road, we will definitely be going back to her! She truly is the best!!

Crystal was fantastic! She previously helped my husband and I purchase our first home together and a couple of years later she helped us sell it in two days! I cannot speak enough about her quick communication and helpful hints throughout the process especially considering the few bumps we hit.
