“I would have given a 5 star. For, I love the stores atmosphere and pizazz, but you have a mean brunette there that wears glasses and is on the younger side who just always has a stanklook on her face. It's unwelcoming.The short little lady who checked me out was a delight but I will be back, but next time-she will be checked. Don't disrespect people in front of their children.Just find a different job if you dislike yours. ??♀️”

“So far I have only been to three of the Blue Ridge stores, including this one. i plan soon to visit the rest. I found this Front Royal store to be the largest of the bunch and when I was checking out, the clerk volunteered discounts. i certainly did not detect any rudeness as someone else mentioned. So far, until something happens to change my mind, I think this is an awesome chain of stores and this part of the state is lucky to have so many to choose from.”
