“The truck itself was fine, but the customer service is phenomenal. Middle of August on the interstate in Nowhere, Kansas, and the plastic expansion tank for the radiator blows at one of the seams. Nothing that could have been foreseen by Penske. Called Penske service number and within 30 minutes a mechanic was on scene. Again, this is in the middle of nowhere in Kansas. Mechanic couldn't fix it. Penske towed the truck to our hotel 100 miles away, brought in another truck and a crew out of Denver. Every hour called to ensure we were safe and needed anything. In the middle of the night they transferred everything to the new truck and the next morning we were on our way as if nothing had happened. No muss, no fuss, very professional. That is customer service done right.”
