I really like this pharmacy, the main pharmacist is very nice and she knows what she's doing. I never have to wait too long, and the drive thru option is really nice when I'm in a hurry.

Always rude. Also, they close their register before they close so you can't even pay cash if you need to.

Pharmacy workers are always looking depressed, and are usually extremely rude. I went over there earlier tonight to get an OTC medication (which someone in front of me had just purchased), and was told that, "The National system is currently down". I asked for them to try it, anyway. They refused. I asked if I could walk around the store, then come back later to see if it was back up and working. They flat out told me, "absolutely not. It's down."Well, guess what? The person in front of me in line AND the person behind me in line didn't get this treatment. They were apparently able to access their "National network system" for them, just not for me. It was humiliating, dehumanizing, and I even went back over and asked why it was working for other customers, but they wouldn't even try it for me. They just told me that, "The system is very strict", whatever that's supposed to mean. I've been going to this Wal-Mart location for years, but I've never been as disappointed with them as I am right now. Oh yeah, did I mention this is on New Year's Eve? Thanks for making me feel more depressed and worsening my social anxiety, as It's hard for me to even leave my house. I'm legally disabled because of those reasons, as well as others that aren't relevant to my experience, but good to know that this is how they view people like myself. I'll inevitably come back, as there aren't really any other pharmacies near where I live, and when I do, I will be speaking to someone in charge if I have this issue again.Absolutely unacceptable, I'd even expect better customer service from fast food chains in "bad neighborhoods", to put it nicely. Wish I could give 0/5 stars for just completely lying to me as well, and trying to make a complete fool out of me.Avoid this place at all costs if you can, you'll thank me later.

So the pharmacy in Front Royal, VA called to receive an Rx for me at 2:30pm. I got to the store 45 minutes prior to their closing. First they couldn't find my info, then I was told to wait at another window (the Drop Off window). Then I went back to the original pick up window as they were doing nothing over there. Then they decided to "help" me. They told me the Rx was not filled as the doctors prescription gave the direction for taking the medication as "As Needed." Perfect and correct. I only take this medication (rescue inhaler for my asthma), "as needed," as fortunately I do not have asthma attacks on a daily basis. One can only wonder, as they had my phone number as I gave it to the Pharmacy Technician earlier in the day, why I wasn't called with this challenge before them, as Walmart for some reason needs better directions! e.g 4 puffs/day or 300 puffs/day, etc. Of course, with closing time right before us, calling the doctor who already left for the day and not enough time for the doctors service to get the emergency doctor on call, the multiple windows of the pharmacy department closed 4 minutes early. Hence no medication for me. It was then I realized I was not at the Customer Service Department, but at the Pharmacy! The pharmacist was polite, but obviously was not able to resolve "my" situation. Made "my" situation, because the tech person did not have the decency to called me mid afternoon to inform me of "my" problem! There are numerous teaching opportunities in the above issue I write about. I can only hope that Walmart in Front Royal (and everywhere), reads this and doesn't mess with their patients' health in the future.

Don't like to generalize but whoever is currently working at this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. Sad how they address someone who has been in the service for over three years. Moreover I was in the car with my family of four, one child less than three years old, a 9 months old baby and my wife. We were met with this grouchy, impulsive, sad woman who just felt the need to take out her frustration on this family. Walmart really needs to address this issue and look into who they are hiring prior to onboarding someone.

The people that work here are extremely rude, I've used this pharmacy for quite some time. They are so rude and get an attitude even if you ask a simple question.

This is the best drugstore in the area. CVS, Rite Aid, Lester's and whoever else is around cannot hold a candle to the service you get here. And the best part is, you can ship while you wait for you prescription.

Never an issue. Always follows up and follows through on questions and refills. Always busy and working to help the next customer.

A full staff of 4 took lunch at the same time, shutting the whole pharmacy down for an hour despite no breaks being listed in the schedule. Of course they needed the full 30 minutes upon returning to process a prescription called in an hour before. Ask your doctor to call your scripts in somewhere else, ESPECIALLY if you're sick and absolutely need the medicine ASAP.
