Clubhouse is nice, nice driving range and nice putting greens, but the course itself is in complete disarray. It seems like they are attempting to fix it, but as of now the fairways are completely dead and the teeboxes are dead and filled with weeds. Fun course, interesting holes, but overshadowed by the maintenance.

A great place to spend time. You can feel right at home.

Visited Ft Belvoir today for a 8am shotgun on Gunston. There’s a sales desk attendee that’s really unprofessional, strange and the worse customer service agent I’ve ever met in a golf shop. It’s truly sad if he’s the Head Pro but he was dressed the part using the left cashier machine. He seems to be unable to lookup names based on shotgun time slots. He assumes you don’t know what you’re talking about by staring at you like you have 3 eyes when he’s the one that is inept at his job. At $60 bucks it’s a great course but reminds me of the 1960’s in the club house. I recommend that they clean house and increase diversity it’s 2023 already !

I played Fort Belvoir as a kid and remember how it used to be a great course. It's now a dog track, at best. These two great courses have fallen into such bad shape, it should be criminal. For the price, I'd keep your money, find an abandoned field and hit shots for free. It's really not that different.

My family and I have given up on this course. The greens keeping has always been a little suspect, with dead trees left fallen for a year plus. The tee boxes, particularly the ladies tea boxes, are unkempt or at uneven angles. That said, the course has gotten to a new low. I do not recommend it. Perhaps when things green up a little, it might improve. That said, there is no excuse for weed infested fairways and a general lack of regard for the wellbeing of a golf course.

This course is not well kept. They have let it get overgrown and full of weeds. It is not worth the green fee.

Fairways not in good shape. Holes were aerated and fact not disclosed before playing. Course conditions should be posted.

The course is in good shape and the good is terrific. My staff good here every month for a team lunch and it has been incredibly beneficial. One of the real gems in the DOD good portfolio

The best place for lunch at Fort Belvoir, and they recently changed their menu with better and healthier choices. I love their Mahi Mahi and Impossible burger with the egg on it with sweetpotatofries, which reminds me of stations in Hawaii. Of course, the service was excellent. I'm not a golfers, but played here a few times as team building activities. Very nice and well maintained golf course.

Nice course, decent shape and a solid value. It's a mix of challenging and open, so a fun layout overall. Pace of play was pretty good as it wasn't crowded.

It is something unforgettable, everything seen there, a very nice experience, the entrance there is beautiful, quite natural, there is no struggle to park your vehicle, it is excellent

I have played here off and on for the last 10 years and the current course conditions have improved tremendously. Especially for $~40-50 with cart, this course is perfect for all handicaps. So far, I have been able to walk on in early afternoon to twilight times without having to make a reservation at any time during the week and weekend. I can't speak if this is true for the morning times. The pace of play is a little slow at times given all levels of handicaps teeing off at times without a Starter present. Nonetheless, the current conditions compared to a few years ago have improved and is superb for the price. Enjoy for those that have access to the base and course!

It's an ok course but if you're used to country club or that level of course you will be disappointed. It matches the price. The ground crew seem to be low staffed as the details around course are not cared for and traps not raked where grass is growing in a few. It you just want to warm up and play a course without thrills and a good price this course is for you.

Easily the best course in the area! The greens roll nice, the fairways ware in great shape and the tee boxes are ideal. For the price it truly cannot be beat!

Great course. Challenging but not overly difficult. Lots of fun and the course is in great condition.
