“Great atmosphere and very friendly people! Like seriously, the owner and instructors at this place have to be some of the most welcoming and nicest bunch of people that I’ve ever met.I tried their free 3-day yoga pass and enjoyed it. However, I will say that this studio places (or seems to place) a heavy emphasis on spirituality vs. yoga as a form of exercise/fitness. As someone who’s loosely spiritually, at most, it was a nice thing to experience, but was a bit too much for me personally. So if you’re like me, and enjoy meditative practice in your yoga sessions but want the focus to be on fitness/balances/cardio, this might not be for you either. I also found myself wishing that they had more class offerings throughout the week, but they are a small privately owned studio, so I get it. Overall, I would very much recommend this place to anyone looking to really incorporate their inner spirituality into their yoga practice. Namaste!”
“I appreciate that Giant grocery stores have a "Natural" food section. That way I know I just have to go to 1 aisle to find all of the "healthy" foods. Of course, they could probably do better job of not marketing poisonous overly processed sugar foods to young children but I'll take what I can get :)”

One of the highlights of Rolling Valley is definitely the diverse selection of eateries. Little Cow is a standout, and Tous Les Jours is a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth. I've enjoyed many delicious meals and treats at these places. And now there is also Roaming Rooster!
Beyond the food scene, Rolling Valley offers a lot more. It's great to have an urgent care center in the area, and the presence of a well-equipped gym makes it easy to fit in a workout. For everyday needs, Lidl, Ross, and the Dollar Store are incredibly convenient.
What I like most about Rolling Valley Strip Mall is how it combines everyday necessities with enjoyable experiences. “If you need tires, this is the place. I priced out with a few other places- for the tire quality and warranty miles, this was the best option. They also had a rebate option. They are always busy ,but making an appointment helps. The staff are really nice too.”
“Great place to stop in and grab whatever you’re looking for. Lots of diverse shops options that are tough to find anywhere else. Plenty of room to park (trucks included). Everyone and everywhere I stopped was friendly and helpful. Clean and well kept overall. Highly recommend shopping in the area!”
“Solid movie theater. Melted Cheese with butter popcorn. They serve alcohol for the win. Staff is nice and willing to accommodate if there is a problem. Everything is shut down during the pandemic. I will say that they took precautions and tried to stay open, but ultimately had to close down.”
“Great place to stop If you are resident of the area or if you have a reason to stop and use the bathroom and I'll grab the bike to eat since Giant grocery store is in the shopping center as well as 7-Eleven in Wendy's which all three have bathrooms. If your car breaks down this is the place for it to happen because there's an AutoZone there anybody smoke cigarettes? There's also a tobacco store in the shopping center. If you need an ATM of course Giant and 7-Eleven have one but there is a truist bank there.”
