The smoothies are great, when you can get one. The customer service at this location is abysmal. Visited 25 Jan and there was no one at the counter. Waited a few and even called out to see if anyone could hear me. Waited beyond a reasonable amount of time before I just left. Got food at a different restaurant in the food court and kept an eye on the smoothie place. The customer behind me waited longer and finally got some help.

This place needs to be shut down. Customer service is horrible. It seems their oven is always down. I preorderd through the mobile app, to be told when I got there their only serving smoothies. Them close the dang mobile order access. Then was told I need to call customer service for my refund. She couldn't do it on the spot.I'm very upset and want my refund. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get my refund.

The tropical smoothie at the Fort Belvoir PX frequently runs out of bananas which is important abd had failed to open on time (an hour late). I would avoid ordering here too avoid poor business management.

This place is not worth it. I've been there twice in the past month and had very similar lack of customer service experiences. The first time was about a month ago. I arrived around 1100 in the middle of the week. I was the only person in line at the counter to order. Behind the counter there were two random employees standing around doing nothing. Neither of them asked if they could help me or did anything. I was trying to be polite at first thinking they might have been busy so I stood there waiting for one of them to take my order. It was not until a third employee came from the back that my order was taken. It was just an awkward situation. Food came out Today my wife and I arrived about 1000 in the morning. They opened at 0900 and again there was absolutely no other customers or orders in progress. Behind the counter there were two employees. They looked at us waiting to order and continued to make what appeared to be their own food. One of them went back to the back of the store, returned, said something we could not understand, and continued to make their own food. We stood there kinda confused waiting form one of them to take our order at the cash register. Nothing. Very awkward again. We waited another 5 minutes or so. Based upon my weird last experience, I convinced my wife to go somewhere else and we left. No one ever said anything or ever attempted to help us. Very strange. Bottom line is go somewhere else.

I come here almost everyday for lunch. The staff is super friendly. The only thing is the portion size is pretty small for the price but I'm sure that's intended to reduce your calorie intake. I think only one time did I have an issue with a smoothie and something not getting fully blended. I would recommend this place esp for on base food places. Get a wrap and smoothie combo.

This place seemed chaotic. The lady at the register wasn't particularly friendly or welcoming, and my dragon fruit smoothie was too runny. It was basically dragon fruit juice. Plus $8+ seems very expensive for a smoothie. I thought prices would be cheaper on post. I won't return.

Staff is very friendly. It was a wait for my food but It was the lunch rush and that was expected. My Smoothie was perfect and so was my food. Jennifer and Rosie are awesome, they were very professional and polite!

My daughter got a Bahama Mama smoothie and felt something hit the back of her teeth. She thought it was a strawberry, but it crunched differently than a strawberry, so she pulled it out to investigate. Turns out it was this nasty insect

The cashier was more worried about texting on her phone than taking my order. If you are going to work the register, during lunch, it would be decent customer service to take your Airpods out and put away your cell phone.

Fort Belvoir tropical smoothie is the worst. My smoothie was mainly chunks of ice and fruit. Couldnt take first sip. So I let it melt just a bit. Then I got a mouthful of soy protein in my mouth. I got a wrap too. I couldn't even taste the ingredients because sauce was pouring out. Disgusting. Poor quality control. Terrible staff. But thats aafes for ya

I have tried and failed 3 to get a smoothie at this location. They either need to double their staff or cancel accepting online orders. Waiting in line for 15 minutes to place an order and being told that it was a 30 minute wait is not acceptable.
