Excellent to so so service in this post office - depending on who is working. After going to this post office since 2023 I can say overall the service is mostly excellent. A few times it was disconcerting to see how dismissive, unprofessional , and cold the service was especially when it took a long time for someone to finally assist me when there were no lines, ringing the bell, and no one in the post office. I took one star off for the times that happened.

Just went towards the end of day on a Friday and the employee was friendly and efficient. She took care of maybe 6 people in 5 minutes. No complaints.

Walked in at 11:00, they looked at me and locked the door in my face without even an explanation. Come to find out they are closed from 11:00 to 12:30 for lunch…the manager probably needs to stagger lunches so they can maintain operations or hire more people. They need a self service kiosk in the lobby for customers since they obviously don’t want to help.

Worst hours of any postal facility. Not sure why they are even there. Closed between 1100 am and 1215 pm. Let’s pick hours that would not help our customers. Staff shortage excuse since Covid started still posted.

Unbelievable. We opened our mailbox on1 Aug. Ordered new checks with our PO Box the next day. I received confirmation that it was delivered to this post office on 8 Aug. It’s 16 Aug and they acknowledge it was scanned and received but they can’t find it. Staff arguing in front of customers. None of our mail shown on informed delivery for this PO Box to date has been received. This is outrageous.

GARBAGE! Office says closed for lunch until 1215pm and it’s now 1230 and we’re all standing out here. The worker walked by and looked at us and never opened the door. It’s honestly ridiculous! Need new workers ASAP!

I've never seen a set of employees do everything in their power to get you too leave without helping you. Very rude, anything but helpful. I feel bad for anyone who's package gets sent here.

The few times my self or my husband has been there, we have not been satisfied. We have been met with rude customer service and rushed out without having questions answered.

I've been here twice & I like it there. It's quite & not a lot of traffic. I hate going to the one in Woodbridge, where I have to wait almost 30 mins to get to the desk. Customer service there is nice as well.

Kind, helpful, great folks. Took great care of me, both the workers in the office and the carriers on my route for over 6 years.
