Within 10 Minutes the employee had fixed a Credit Card Issue that the Member service employee on the phone could not do after 20 minutes on hold. The employee in the Branch was supurb.

Called 2 weeks ago to set up an appointment for a home equity loan. The representative that made the appointment knew that information and set up the appointment for the Gainesville location. We take off work only to get there for the appointment and the person tells us he cant help. That mortgage specialist work from home, and we would need to make a different appointment. What a waste of time and money. We will be looking elsewhere for a loan.

My husband and I withdraw cash every other week. This bank doesn’t seem to function properly. I’ve worked at a bank before and we always provided bills and coins or we made sure to have it available with at least one teller. This is the third time they tell me they don’t have coins. First time they didn’t have pennies, second time they could only round up. Now they tell me no coins at all. I asked why to the teller #0877 and he said “ because our machine doesn’t spit out coins” what about the vault? I asked if the teller next to him had any. He said no. It’s frustrating when you need exact change.

I've been a member since the mid 80's and like a lot of the features here. I've also had very good customer service when dealing with the councellors and tellers but I can't for the life of me understand why this credit union and the one off Sudley Manor has such horrible ATM service. Half the time it won't accept my cash or checks or is "temporarily out of service". This is a waste of time and caused my husband to quit banking here. I NEVER have this problem with Cap One where I have another acct. Please get some advice in how to remedy this before you lose more customers.

This bank has the most worthless fraud prevention coding I’ve ever seen. It has allowed grand larceny to be committed on my account 5 times in 9 years and for the past 4 years they’ve blocked me from spending my own money at least 7 times a year. This time they blocked my card right before they shut down for the whole weekend. I’m out of town and had to beg friends to wire me money at Walmart so I didn’t have to sleep in a parking lot until Monday when maybe they’ll let me spend my own money.I’ve been embarrassed for the last time with this incompetence.

I applied for a business account at this location and a financial representative there named Renette, I believe, assisted me in doing so. She told me she was going to photocopy multiple documents that I had received from the IRS and Virginia state that showed the existence of my LLC. She failed to return my documents to me that day because the photocopier "wasn't working." Later she called me and told me I could collect my paperwork since the account had been opened. I still never got back my paperwork back when I went to collect the documents at the Gainesville location. Where they went I do not know. This made things difficult, because now I have to contact the state and get more paperwork proving the existence of my business.

I stop by this location and the service is way too slow. The employees should go and get some training with the best Branch in Centreville. The teller argued that he couldn’t find my account even with my account number then he just cut the audio so I was not able to talk back to him. If this happens again I will close my account with Apple credit Union because I will not tolerate that this teller was disrespectful.

By far the slowest Apple Federal in the county. Took them 15 min to put a check into the person in front of me's account. Then another 10 for mine. It shouldn't take 25 minutes just to put a check into my account at the drive thru. Happens 9 times out of 10 at this location. Better off going to either Manassas location (Sudkey Manor or 28) instead.
