Post customer service calls. I would highly recommend a second review with ATT services via phone to go over any promotions and deals before conducting any business with RYAN. Specifically a balding short man, he had informed me about a promotional upgrade that had seemed to good to be true. And to my better judgment and as an ex prime/att sales rep that too became the reality. Being misinformed, led differently and taken advantage of has put me in more of a financial hold that I would like. With as much experience we both have working with selling products and services by prime/Att, it’s with the upmost caution that things be reviewed extensively and carefully. They rely on your sales and payments. Feeling Frustrated, I am feeling like I’m back at work having to fix the mistakes of other reps that I am now coincidentally in the customers shoes. I will be organizing and consulting with the authorities soon, to ensure no more fraud advantages will be taken done to others. Specifically RYAN and other reps at this location.

After 30 minutes of getting nowhere on the phone with an AT&T rep, I stopped by the Gainesville store for support. Sherman and Shaquan were very welcoming, knowledgeable, and quickly solved my issue. Thank you!

Terrible service. Team member got frustrated and walked out of the store leaving us there waiting for him to return. One other team member did not care to even try to help our situation but another team member attempted to help. The following day we returned and they told us to go to Fair Oaks to a corporate store because they have better access to assist. Went to Fair Oaks and they stated that was a lie. They simply did not want to deal with it. NEVER go to this store. The most unprofessional team with the exception of one team member and they are lazy.

I went to the store needing to transfer 2 phones, 2 watches, and purchase a new phone. I was dreading the experience because it usually takes forever! Although it was a timely process (a lot had to be taken care of!), the salesman, Malik Saunders, was AMAZING to work with! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. In fact, all the gentleman working in the store that day were very friendly and made it a great experience!

I went to the AT&T store unsure if I was ready to switch to an iPhone. I ended up keeping my Samsung phone because the trade-in value was significantly better with the current promotion. Malik was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He patiently explained all of my options, from different phone plans to various accessories. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the phones themselves and was able to answer all my questions thoroughly. While I waited for my old phone's data to transfer, I observed him helping an elderly couple. His patience and understanding were truly impressive; he navigated their technical issues with care and empathy. Malik is a true asset to the AT&T store and I am grateful for his excellent service.

We worked with Malik to get a new Apple 16 Pro. We ordered the phone online and then picked it up at the Atlas Walk Way store. He helped us set up the new phone and transfer all the data from my old phone. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. He was also a lot of fun to work with.
