This store is owned by Prime Communications, which owns ATT authorized retailers all over the country. They have a history and track record of deceptive marketing practices like signing up customers for insurance even when the customer specifically and directly tells the sales rep that you do not want insurance. They will also lie to you about how much your bill is going up per month. The owner response to the one star reviews is some generic response they put for all of their responses. DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS OTHER THAN TAKING THEIR MONEY. DO NOT SHOP HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

The employees at this store will sign you up for insurance without asking you or will tell you that you have to sign a contract with insurance on it, which is a complete lie.

This store is terrible. They will lie to you to sign up for their service or “promotion”. Don’t do it and don’t go there. Worst customer service I have seen in a long time. Store will be reported to corporate AT&T.

It was a lot of waiting but enormous project that was very confusing to me. Everyone was very patient. I have paid off my older ES 7. I took good care of that phone.

I would give no stars if possible. This store is the worst store out of all the AT&T locations. I kept getting the run around constantly over my phone plan and was getting overcharged for things I didn’t even have. The only good person I had a good interaction with was the sales rep named Michael. He was very attentive to me and was trying to help me despite the pressure he had to deal with in the store because of the manager there named Sammy. Sammy was very rude and I didn’t appreciate how he acted towards me and another customer in the store. He has the attitude of someone who doesn’t care and just likes to be in charge. Also the way he was talking to Michael was very unprofessional and uncalled for. He deserves to not be the manager. I like AT&T but it’s hard going into the stores dealing with nonsense.

To the owner: you seriously need to fire the two gentlemen working at this location today (15-6-23 at 1430). I walked in right behind a couple who had spoken to someone earlier at the store and were told one thing and he had come to pick it up. The employees literally accused the guy of lying. Not once. Not twice. But three times. They didn't try to help him. They didn't try to do anything, but just beat him down. Then it was my turn: I started asking about replacing a piece of tech and before I could finish my sentence the guy with the patchy scruffy beard cut me off saying they didn't sell anything like that. Yes, i bought it from that specific location. So I tried starting again. Cut me off again. Gave him one last chance. Interrupted me again. I finally had to be just as rude and tell him to stop interrupting. It did no good. Lost a sale to me. Then he tried to upsell my father on a phone. Didn't pull up the account. Didn't look at what payments would be. He just did math in his head very incorrectly. I gave them one last chance (well it was more of a bait because i deeply suspected they didn't know what they were talking about): i mentioned they only had three brands of phones that we should look elsewhere. "Nobody else makes phones!" Sorry, but just because you're working on commission does not entitle you to lie to customers. Lost a sale to me. Lost two sales to my parents. And hopefully the owner is reading this, because he should NOT be selling anything to anyone. Also, please don't reply with your standard response you left for every other negative review. You've clearly got a problem with the staff at this store. There are only two solutions: fix it or close it.

They are deleting a lot of the low most recent reviews. Horrible store. Go to a different store or don’t go to AT&T at all. This store made me leave AT&T for good.

I went into this location and was immediately acknowledged when I walked in (unlike other locations) The manager of the store sammy is very helpful and takes care of you if no one else will. He won’t let you leave without your needs being taken care of. Thank you Sammy!

Michael was of great help. He was really kind and patient, very understanding. We came to trade in my phone for the new iPhone 14 pro and he made the process super easy. 10/10 recommend!!

I went there thinking I was going to pay a "mint" for an iPhone and walked out of there with two iPhones for the price of one! Aaron really did an excellent job explaining the details, discounts, and savings. He was honest about all costs associated with the purchase. He set all phones up before I left the building! Always a pleasant experience at this store!
