Virgilio helped me in such a friendly & professional manner recently when I was having issues with my IPhone! He recognized the issue quickly, troubleshooted & had my phone operating in just a few minutes. He had a great attitude! Hoping management recognizes how fortunate they are to have such an outstanding employee.

I went to the ATT store in Centerville and while they seemed nice and kind, they messed up and surreptitiously signed me up to a watch phone line and said the watch was free - it wasn't. So i went here to have things returned, and Vergillio was very helpful and was able to return the watch without any restock fees. I think if i have to do any in person interaction i'd come to this store instead.

Very helpful in explaining my bill and making correction to it. They also noted my account so when I call there is an explanation as to why I need a service done. They were able to breakdown the actual information that I needed to make decisions going forward and I will be using this store from now on.

Virgilio was amazing! I went into ask if they know how to port a google number because I was clueless! It was the easiest experience I have ever had with AT&T. I attempted this transaction at a different store and they couldn’t help me. This definitely made my day today! Thanks again Virgilio.
