Came in on the verge of leaving at&t because of a insanely high bill I received after coming in last month. Deeb was able to explain everything about my bill and removed things to bring it to a reasonable price, also took advantage of the promotion and got some new watches for the kids. Deeb was great!!!!

Sami and Marie were both excellent and took care of all my needs to upgrade to the phone I wanted and make sure my bill and plan covered all my needs. Marie helped me set up my new phone and took the time to explain everything I needed to know in great detail. Each of them even escorted me out of their stores and opened the door for me when I left! Superior service! This is one of the big reasons why I have stayed with at&t for approximately 20 years! Thank you!

After a decade and a half with Verizon, we switched our two lines to AT&T. Easier said than done for tech reasons that Verizon could have made easier, but our guru, Kayla Staples, at this store championed our cause like a Boss! Kudos and rainbows to our new friend, Kayla. PS: our cell coverage was immediately and significantly improved. We should have taken the plunge sooner. Had we known Kayla would go to bat for us to the nth degree, we surely would have. Recommend. All thumbs up. Bravo!

I had a great customer experience at the store. Kayla was outstanding! She helped me through a process with insurance on my phone, communicated with colleagues over the phone, and even helped me with the website that I had to go to to process my request. I could not have been better supported or more pleased!

Loved going to this store in Stone Wall shopping center in Gainesville, until last week. Went in to to talk to the person that sold me my new phones. Found out he is no longer there. Had questions about my bill that the person that is no longer there told me that would not be on my bill. Employee basically called me a lier that she didn't believe the no loner Employee didn't tell me that. "That he is a really good friend of hers". She wasn't even employed with them at the time. I call AT&T after I got home and had everything taken care of that should have been done at the sale of the phones. I will never go back to this store again. Do NOT like being disrespected like that! AT&T need to train their employees on how to treat their customers.
