Barry and his guys were awesome. They installed outdoor coastal source speakers around our pool and TVs under our patio. They were great to deal with from start to finish. They completed the install in just two days on site. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We recently bought our second TV from Audio Buys. The last one was in 2009. Now, like then, they are first rate. The showroom has a variety of equipment for you to see. Barry helped us. He spent a lot of time educating us on the various features of TV’s on the market today and made an excellent recommendation based on our needs. Prices are competitive. Highly recommend!!

Our experience with AudioBuys was first-rate. We were in the process of building a new home, and for everything we needed regarding home entertainment, security, flood protection, etc. -- Audio Buys had a comprehensive, integrated solution. Barry, the owner, spent a lot of time with us walking us thru the various options in each area and explained the differences in costs vs. quality. And the installation team was fantastic! There were more than six people involved at any given time, and they were all extremely professional and attentive. We've now been in the house for four months and are quite pleased with how everything has turned out -- and when we have the occasional question, AudioBuys has been responsive and helpful.

Unresponsive, no care in their quality of work. Bought a toll brothers house and they ghosted us. One of our wall tablets bricked a week after their install, and the wifi extender never worked properly.Tried phone, email, and website, literally unresponsive.

Fantastic service call! Tim came out and used his decades of experience and expertise to solve a cabling problem I couldn't figure out on my own.Audio Buys installed our cabling in our Toll Brothers home years ago. We recently decided to hook up an old VCR player and another DVD player, but couldn't see the back of our TV to know which cable feeds to use. Tim solved that problem quickly. Then when we needed some special adapters in order to get the second component we were adding to use a different input on the TV, he went to his van and pulled out exactly what we needed.This means he keeps a bunch of spare parts on him just because you never know when someone might need them. That's experience! That's great value for a one-hour service call! I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

HIGHLY recommend these guys. Entire team is wonderful from in shop, to Stan, to crew of installers. They helped us design our home theater, recommended all the audio and gear, were patient with our research, and installation and delivery were perfect and on schedule (which is rare these days). I will be doing business with them again for my audio needs. No need to search. Call these guys.

Never used their service, but today some j*** driving one of their vans wouldn’t let me pass on 66, then when I had no choice but to speed up and get in front of him so I could get to my exit, he flashes his lights and flipped me off. Great way to advertise your business asshat.

I have known Audio Buys for, gosh, over 20 years now. They have outfitted our last two houses. I have purchased numerous a/v items from them and they did a dedicated home theater install of projector, screen, av receiver, in-wall, on-wall, etc. Everything was done very professionally. Very clean. Everyone that sees our theater room for the first time does that fun "jaw-dropping" move!! Well, thanks to the install crew, and very knowledgeable sales guy Ken S. !! Please do yourself a favor and check these guys out. Owner "Barry" is a fantastic person. Such a pleasure to do business with. And btw, he is a fellow Golden Retriever fan. In summary, Audio Buys are thee best a/v folks that I have ever worked with with regarding equipment and installation.

This company may care about large businesses but they don’t care about the general customers. I had this company install security and low voltage wiring for my home built by Toll Brothers. Getting this company to respond for service is impossible. I have called, left voicemail messages, entered a request for service on their website over the course of a year and they never respond. Absolutely horrible customer service. Don’t just walk past this company, run from this company.
