I was a customer years ago, but went elsewhere because the techs were on their phones while giving pedicures and even while waxing my eyebrows! Gave it another chance about a year ago and couldn’t be happier! Anna is fantastic and the around vibe has changed.

They always make time for me. They are always kind and they do a great job for a great price. The standard pedicure massage given by Tiger was above and beyond. I’m very impressed every time I go to this salon.

Service was terrible. There were three of us and all turned out bad. Cut cuticles on pedicure, pedicure polish chipped within four days, gel manicure was peeling at day three, and full set has two broken nails less than one week out.

My friends and I had a very bad experience here. We made an appointment for four people to get manicures for my friends wedding. We waited for around 20 minutes to even be sat while nail techs were taking walk-ins. Once we were sat they proceeded to start on my friend's (the bride) nails and then left her with foils on her fingers for over and hour and a half while they did more pedicures. When she finally asked if someone was going to take care of her they immediately copped an attitude and told her "you can wait 20 minutes" and when we said she had already waited an hour and a half they said "it will only be twenty minutes." My friend is getting married tomorrow and the male technician made her cry, did not listen to her about what shape she wanted, AND gave her the WORST French tips I have ever seen. If I could give them a 0 star I would. No one, especially not a bride to be, deserves to be treated the way she was. In addition they tried to tell her "we have multiple appointments and are short-staffed." If they are short staffed they should not have scheduled our appointments. They're lack of planning was atrocious.

I was looking for a place to get my nails done last minute and called around to several locations. Avalon had some availability and had great reviews, so I went to check it out. The pedicure was very relaxing, and my gel manicure has lasted almost a MONTH without chipping or peeling. Will definitely be a returning customer.Services: Pedicure
