I’ve used the pick-up service a few times, but quality keeps going down. Bread came broken last time, and this time the expiration date was literally the next day. Not fresh at all. For the same price, the service feels careless. Disappointing and hard to trust now.

I don't frequent this location. Whenever I do, it's ALWAYS an issue. I don't understand because I come when it's not busy. How is Costco able to handle more customers and provide good customer service, but this location can't? They need a new manager. Someone needs to bring in fresh ideas on how to communicate to customers and be available to assist.
I usually have to go out of my way to visit the Fairfax location.
I wasted 30 minutes in the heat for an order I never received. Then, more time on hold for a manager that never came to the phone. I'm ready to just give up the membership. I only use it for gas and I have a Costco card too.

I went here to get some water bottles and they were very cheap and well priced. I think getting a membership here is good and their gas prices are good, I really only go here to get gas and not anywhere else like my local sheetz

BJ'S always has what I need, even at the last minute! Needed purple frosted cupcakes for an event and went to BJ'S to grab some. Well, they didn't have any purple ones, but they had plenty of white. I grabbed two of the white and asked the Bakery guy, Mark, if he could color them purple for me. He did it RIGHT THEN and THERE!! He was AMAZING and the cupcakes look great! And they didn't cost me $1000! Got just what I needed when I needed it thanks to Mark!

Exceptional Service and Holiday Spirit
I want to give a huge shoutout to Mark at the BJ’s Gainesville bakery for going above and beyond on Christmas Eve. Despite being at the end of his shift and ready to head home, Mark took the time to beautifully write “Happy Birthday” on a cake for my mom. It was such a small gesture in the grand scheme of things, but it meant the world to us.
Mark’s kindness and dedication to customer service reflect the true holiday spirit. It’s rare to find someone who will put others’ happiness above their own plans, especially on such a special night. The cake turned out perfect, and my mom’s birthday celebration was all the more special because of Mark’s effort.
Thank you, Mark, for your exceptional service and for going the extra mile—you truly made our holiday unforgettable! BJ’s is lucky to have someone like you on their team.

THIS IS FOR THE DELI DEPARTMENT NOT THE STORE. For the second time in a month or so, I had to ask the store manager to address the issues with the deli department. They are supposed to keep the slicers clean for customers that buy deli items. Both visits in the evening time, I’ve had to ask them to clean the slicers before getting my items. They had dried meat all over it to include meat crumbs on the bottom of it. It looked like for the second time that they left it like that all day. When I arrived it was around 5:45 pm and no one was ordering anything as the store was not crowded. The store manager is not the manager of that department. Keeping items clean should be a priority when serving food to the public. I hope the deli manager gets things straight since this will be their second notification from the store manager. Once again, the store manager has nothing to do with it. The manager is very helpful!
