Unfortunately, my family had two cars that needed repairs from two different accidents. This company has come through for us with flying colors. The workmanship is incredible- you cannot tell where the damage had taken place on the vehicles. They provide a seamless operation. Excellent updates and fair prices on auto parts.

We recently had an accident which left our Odyssey's sliding door unable to close. Long story short, we were leaving to go out of town in a couple of days so we needed the car to work as soon as possible. We called Caliber Collision in Gainesville, VA and talked to Reggie. They were about to close, but he allowed us to bring the car to him (we could close the door manually) and said he would have someone look at it first thing the next morning. They were able to adjust the alignment so the door would work, but because they weren't sure it would be a permanent fix, they didn't charge anything and offered to look into it further when we returned. Who says there aren't companies around here with a small-town sense of neighbor helping neighbor, honesty, and caring? We are SO glad we found Caliber Collision and will definitely use them for any future work we need to have done! Thank you!
