I had an outstanding experience with Craig Van Lines! From the very beginning, owner Fred went above and beyond by visiting not once, but twice to assess everything I needed. Their communication was prompt and clear, and I always found the office staff to be friendly and knowledgeable, eager to assist with any questions. The movers handled my furniture with care and respect, making the whole process smooth. I wholeheartedly recommend Craig Van Lines to anyone in need of reliable moving services. You won’t be disappointed!

We had a great experience with Craig Van Lines. I needed to move a small shipment from East TN to NOVA, which meant locating a large truck to add on a small load. I didn’t have much hope for this, but got word the very next day that a truck was in the area and could take my load. The work was completed quickly, with no damage and workers on both ends of the move did a fantastic job. The communication was great throughout the process…would definitely recommend!

Never again would I hire this company to move if I were you. They charged me for team travel to eat lunch and to spend time backing up the truck when it was too wide for a driveway to reverse in the loading dock (When the kid drove in, he was unable to turn the truck to the loading dock. He then drove out the driveway and back in), and the 18-year-old who was working the second day was sent to drive a larger 26-foot truck to move my items. In any case, the vehicle was too large for a one-bedroom condo. I'm sorry I can't use the reviews that have 0 or negative stars.
I had the PCS (Permanent Change of Station) move to a five-bedroom house, yet it took his team longer (6 hours total) to move a one-bedroom unit. This only serves to highlight how outstanding the Crain Van Lines crew is.
I wasn't sure where the reviews with 4.5 stars came from. You can try it out for yourself and see how it works out if you don't trust me. Best of luck!

I couldn't say enough great things about Craig Van Lines. It starts at the top with the owner, Mr. Fred Craig, to his office manager, Cindy Craig. Both of these individuals were were wonderful to work with. Never too busy to answer questions or ease moving anxieties. Their packing as well as their moving crews were very carful with my household good. Their professionalism and attention to detail was impressive. They took extra care of my belongings. For this reason, I have used their services on four different occasions and each time they have done an amazing job. Three of those moves were local and the fourth was a cross country move. On my cross county move, they delivered my household goods on time and with no damage. Like I said, I couldn't say enough great things about Craig Van Lines and I would recommend using their services on any move that takes you across town or across country.

Wow.. starting with a wonderfully nice Cindy who took my call and led me to the complete order. I had the best experience with the Craig movers today. Very professional and cool people. They worked so smoothly and perfectly which met all my moving needs. Thanks so much to Kyle and his movers.

The salesman and crew were very professional, responsive, and helpful on the day of the move. My only suggestion for better service would be to share with the customer that the price doesn’t include helping with opening the packed large pieces of furniture such as putting together the beds and tables. .

Fantastic experience working with Craig Van Lines. Fair pricing. Easy quote experience. Moving crew on the day of the move were efficient, hard working, kind, and careful. We didn't have any damage. Would definitely recommend Craig Van Lines.

Starting with Fred who came by the house for the estimate, then with Cindy who answered my phone calls and then the movers; everyone was friendly and attentive and made the whole experience less stressful. The pricing was quite reasonable for an out of state move. Nothing broke either!
One suggestion is to discard old towels, clothes, and items not needed as they increased the estimate price (after the actual weighing). I highly recommend Craig Van Lines!

Changed the estimate after they came out but didn’t tell me. Luckily, I caught the increase before I signed.
