Clean storage facility with lots of lighting and security cameras! I know my belongings are safe. I shopped around and this storage facility was by far the best option. They always have deals and specials I appreciate the month to month option. The associate that helped me was professional knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I believe his name was Brandon (maybe Josh?) he helped me yesterday 10/8/24. All around five stars so far I’m happy!

I recently rented a second unit from Cubesmart on Charis Avenue in Gainesville. The staff here are extremely helpful, accommodating all my requests and providing all the information I needed. The facility is clean and well-kept, and the staff is professional and friendly, and very helpful.

The manager at the CubeSmart (Linda) is fantastic. She made the storage rental experience very simple and easy. She is authentically interested in making everyone’s experience pleasant and goes out of her way to help solve issues and helped to coordinate with out move in and and move out activities. She is exemplary, kind, professional, happy, and with a since of humor that helped us through all facets of our experience. To is, she seems like family. We will always come back to CubeSmart because of her.
