I don’t know what type of supervisor you guys have working there, but you really need to make sure they care what a customer is. Trying to say I called about one minute ago about a bag of chip issue. There is no chips in the bag. It’s just plain air with four or five chips inside the bag. I tried calling to inform the supervisor and it’s like she didn’t even care. All I wanted to do was to inform them to let them know that they should check the bags of chips because other people would be really upset. And she didn’t even care. If this is the type of people you have working in this store, you honestly need to close it at this point. It is disrespectful and unacceptable. All I wanted to do was inform them so they don’t have angry customers but no, she didn’t seem to care. this is the bag of ship that had barely any quantity inside the bag. I have not opened it only because I wanted to see if I can get something done, but obviously she didn’t care. You need to do better on handling customer service and feedback. Definitely won’t be coming back to that CVS store.

Vanessa needs a break, PLEASE. Her listening skills, ability to deal with smooth service and attitude when needing to take accountability is lacking. Take better care of your employees CVS, because it shows. Gross.
6/29 visited this location AGAIN and found that this locations hates it employees and hired the WORST people for this type of position. BOTTOM OF THE BARREL. I will NEVER come back to this location. RAIWANDAH is as nasty as they get. She interrupted me, held her hand up to me to silence. Me only to tell me she can’t help me price matching item with no explanation as to why. Taking my business to Harris teeter and will pay more just because of the lack of respect.

Had to have TB test read for work after 48 hours, made and confirmed appointment. Showed up, waited for an hour after checking in. Turns out no one was working at clinic. No notice, no apology, no follow up. Paid for service and had to pay again to go somewhere else. I was not the only person waiting either, others were also affected.

Giving injectable prescription with no means to administer it because they don’t have or simply won’t give syringes/ needles as prescribed. Very bad pharmacy- older asian male is arrogant, rude, discriminatory and bias. As a DL, temporary floater, there are no consequences for the careless and rude pharmacists at this CVS.

The service of this pharmacy is horrible. It is way understaffed and the staff that works here is extremely slow. Fillings of new prescriptions take FOREVER!!! Then when it comes time to check out, it’s a guaranteed 30 minute ordeal. AVOID!!!

I’d give negative stars if I could! Never been so disrespected and embarrassed by your pharmacist… absolutely disgraceful to anyone who works with patients! Not this “ persons” first time being an absolute c u next Tuesday!!! It’s ok bc my dr and insurance company are also filing a complaint. I’d suggest firing the problem! My dr is absolutely ashamed of this place! CVS supports lying and treating customers disgusting! CVS will take no action bc this is the 3rd time and 3rd person who’s complained and nothing happens. CVS is a cesspool of bull hockey. Costco had zero problem filling my script and they were actually nice which is non existent with cvs! Do you all hate your customers that much??? Goodbye and finally good riddance

I used to love this CVS and thought the minute clinic was the best; however, their service is declining. They cannot seem to stay on schedule. Where is Iris? They seem to purposely slow down the patients for no reason.Don't get me started on the pharmacy! They used to be great, but they too have declined.

The customer service was terrible. The lady working on the front while I went there said that walk-in flu is not available, but the signs said that walk-in is okay.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Don’t even pick up the phone and just click hold over and over and 25 minutes later still nothing. I understand being busy, but that is down right LAZY! What happened to any type of decency?

The pick up window provides good service & the same is true for vaccinations. My concern is a 10+ minute wait to speak to the Pharmacy. I seldom use the counter.
