I used to love this CVS and thought the minute clinic was the best; however, their service is declining. They cannot seem to stay on schedule. Where is Iris? They seem to purposely slow down the patients for no reason.Don't get me started on the pharmacy! They used to be great, but they too have declined.

The customer service was terrible. The lady working on the front while I went there said that walk-in flu is not available, but the signs said that walk-in is okay.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Don’t even pick up the phone and just click hold over and over and 25 minutes later still nothing. I understand being busy, but that is down right LAZY! What happened to any type of decency?

The pick up window provides good service & the same is true for vaccinations. My concern is a 10+ minute wait to speak to the Pharmacy. I seldom use the counter.

I hate all cvs', but this one is the worst. I met my out of pocket in March, and every time I pick up medications they try to charge me. There is a note on my account to run it through Caremark and then my insurance and they fail me. I'm transferring all of my medications to a different cvs. If my insurance didn't require me to use them, there is not a chance in hell I would ever step foot in one. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Minute Clinic doesn't honor appointments. I have run into this 3x this year. It's not just that they run late. They come out to the lobby area and ask why you are there. Has the nurse practitioner heard of HIPAA?

The pharmacy manager must not care about his/her customers whatsoever. This place is horrendous. They don’t check their fax machine for prescriptions sent in from providers nor do they answer their phone. On top of that, you better not try to swing by when the entire team takes their lunch at the exact same time. Oh, and be prepared to wait an hour or more for a refill. Insane!!

I recently had an extremely unpleasant experience with the store manager at my local CVS, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. This woman (Rebecca) who claims to be the "Store big manager", according to one of the people in the pharmacy section who provided me with her name. Kind of Indian or something, excuse me if I am wrong. The level of rudeness, lack of helpfulness, and blatant disregard for customer service exhibited by the manager was utterly appalling. From the moment I approached her with a simple question, it was evident that she had no interest in assisting me. She seemed disinterested and completely detached from her role as a store manager. Her lack of professionalism was apparent in her dismissive attitude and complete disregard for my concerns. What struck me the most was the complete absence of empathy and willingness to help. A good manager should be approachable, knowledgeable, and eager to address customer inquiries or issues. Unfortunately, this particular manager seemed to possess none of these qualities. Her behavior left me feeling frustrated, unheard, and ultimately unimportant as a customer. I would strongly advise against visiting this CVS store while this manager remains in charge. Her rude and unhelpful demeanor, coupled with her blatant disregard for customers, is simply unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I expect and deserve better treatment when I walk through the doors of any store. I am a human and a customer.

Good pharmacy and good people. I always apppreciate the help and guidance from pharmacist. Overall, good customer service. Kudos to the Team for working so hard to accomodate so many customers with health needs.

Did not deserve any stars!!! A customer service, all pharmacy people must be fired right away!!! Came in to pick up a prescription, 3 pharmacists were ignoring staying on their phones and chatting, seriously? When I ask to help me, one tall blond old lady said “Just wait”! And keep scrolling her phone, absolutely terrible! Transferred all my prescriptions to another pharmacy! Never come back to that terrible, unprofessional place! It either always huge line there because pharmacists are lazy and unhurried! It’s absolutely impossible to pick up your prescription, unless you have 10 hours free time , but still those lazy workers probably would not be able serve you! Do not come to this pharmacy never ! absolutely terrible!

Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. You are better off going to any other pharmacy in the area. Consistently giving wrong information. Told the prescription was "being ordered" for over a week. Kept being told, it didn't come today, maybe tomorrow. Final day, they said "Oh, your doctor has to write a new prescription now". What a joke.

Count your pills. I had a quantity of 120 and they only gave me 108. They take an hour just to answer the phone. When I called she said they take pictures so she would look into it. I had noticed a shortage the past 2 prescriptions so I checked this one to be sure and low and behold I was right

Recently standing a line for c v s is felt like you're at the dmv waiting for something... They are under staffed.. So you better have an hour or more of your day to wait..

I started driving further to come to this store vs the Haymarket one on Washington St. as they seem to have much better stock and have never delayed filling scripts. The staff is very pleasant and lines do form inside , but mid-day I get in and out quick compared to the other stores. Access is a bit tough with Rt 29 having the lane reduction right there, so patience is required. CVS talks a lot about the health hub at the store, but I have never seen anyone there. general stock is quite good here, big variety of products.I am going with a 4, will upgrade if continued good service is given consistently.

I love the pharmacist at this location! I used to give this CVS 5 stars, but recently I rate it 1 star. The drive thru is often closed due to low staff or a broken register. When I call the store no one answers the phone. Today I actually stayed on hold while my husband drove to the store, waited in line and picked up my prescription and drove all the way home while I was still on hold. This is not the first time this has happened.Earlier in the day the drive thru was once again closed.
