The store service is fine. The website however is not. About 30% of the time that I use the site, It does not bring up the information as requested, and continues to do so repeatedly. Very frustrating.

All the pharmacist at target CVS are absolutely wonderful, kind, and very caring. They are absolutely a pleasure to work with. Along with the rest of the employees that work in the pharmacy.

I agree, this place is a joke. Not a single employee there is qualified to work at pharmacy. My medication was on backorder for 2 months. Twice I received a text that it was there. Only to hear, it is not. I was out and had to beg for them to check another CVS close by. Finally they did and found it right away. Why was that not done before? The next day I get a text that it is no longer on backorder and I can pick it up. So I want to pick up and hear that it is not there. The associate had canceled the order in Bristow. No care attitude, leave alone customer service. Rude and abrasive. Do not go there. This place is a disgrace to the CVS pharmacy franchise.

I have been fortunate that until the last couple years, I have never had to use a pharmacy so regularly. I have probably used them 20-30 times and I have never had any issues with them and they have always tried to work with me regarding the various prescriptions.

When Cigna ended their contract with Harris Teeter Pharmacy, I was hesitant to switch to cvs, because I thought cvs was too big and would be not personable. I can't speak for all cvs pharmacies, but I was wrong about this one. The crew at this cvs cares about people, and go the extra mile to make things easy for me. They rapidly got my rx ready which is great because I'm sick right now. I couldn't ask for anything more from this cvs team.

Let's not list our ours and have people think they can show up in the middle of the night when a kid is sick and you need meds.This is 2021. Get with the program. Whoever your social media manager is dropped the ball here. Next time I need something I'm gonna remember this experience and actively support your competition.

Very quick with prescriptions and very friendly. The pharmacist always greets me and asks if I have any questions. If the techs have any questions about scripts sent from the doctor office, they call me almost immediately. Highly recommend!
