Jonah is an absolute pleasure to work with. He listens to what you have to say and lays out all the options. He doesn't try pushing you into something that's out of you budget. If anything, he tries to keep you under budget. I will definitely go back to him when im ready for my next vehicle. Thank you again Jonah. You are the best I have ever worked with.

It is sad to say that while I do really like my Custom Jeep… I have had severe issues within the past few months.
I have only owned this Jeep for less than five years and it is a 2020 Jeep Wrangler unlimited. I was very excited when I received my custom Jeep from DTO. My last vehicle was 11/12 years old Nissan Xterra and I saved up to have my dream jeep. I spent a lot of money to ensure it was properly done by DTO Customs (and paid the money to have the vehicle shipped to me). The process seemed seamless…or so I thought.
Within the last few months, the starter had to be replaced (which could be understandable due to miles but I am still within my extended warranty). However, I kept going back into the shop repeatedly due to the entire transmission failure, alternator failure, multiple batteries failure (2x main, 2x aux besides original within the jeep), reverse camera failure, grounding circuitry issues, etc. So my Jeep has repeatedly been in and out of the shop for weeks at a time within the last few months (impacting my military occupation), and again, this is within five years of the jeep actually being manufactured as it is a 2020 Jeep Wrangler unlimited. My Nissan Xterra didn’t have this many issues and it was 11/12 years old and 190,000 miles.
I am also literally now facing another issue that concerns electrical wiring to a custom part that was installed and recommended by DTO Customs when I purchased the vehicle a few years ago. Sadly, I even got the extended warranty (which the sales representative recommended as the individual assured me that any issues within 100,000 miles/5 years would be covered). Unfortunately, I found out that the extended warranty only covers things done by the manufacturer. So anything that I had custom done through DTO Customs (who actually sold me the jeep and shipped it to me) was unfortunately not included under the extended warranty, which I was not aware of until now. I have had to pay out-of-pocket due to the extended warranty not covering certain items to include the replacement of the entire transmission that blew besides the other parts that were customized by DTO Customs.
While customer service may be polite and my jeep may “look cool”, I just want a functioning vehicle that is reliable and would have not gotten this jeep if I would have known all the issues I was going to have within a short period of time. Sad to say that the trade-in value is low, especially for what I paid originally for the vehicle. So, I will not be coming back to this facility, and I will be writing to the management team. Here is hoping that after another visit to the shop…the sixth visit within the last few months and many phone conversations again…the issues will finally stop and I can finally focus on getting to and from work for the military.

Long over due review.. my 2024 392 earl color had it delivered end of March 2025 , 3.5 lift 37x13.50 Nittos Tires Road Armor fenders Falcon schocks and stabilizer just came back from west coast road trip with Family..Awesome ride every gas station i was ask how great the rig was custom..Bryan David & Lane was great to deal with , on the phone ,Email was seamless...Thanks guys my dream ride plus Utah Colorado Nevada Cali trip was a blast with this amazing 392 DTO Custom rig.

I just bought a truck from them, and this was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. David at DTO Customs made the entire process easy, smooth, and actually fun. He kept things professional while still joking around and keeping the vibe light, which made a huge difference. I never felt pressured, just supported and understood. If you’re in the market for a truck, go see David. Seriously, he’s the kind of dealer that makes you wonder why all experiences can’t be like this.

DTO Customs is outstanding!! Deserving of a 5-star review. I purchased a Jeep from DTO about a month ago. It’s my fourth Jeep, so I knew what I wanted. The 2-door that had my interest was awesome, just missing a few things. David was able to get the vehicle exactly as I wanted it!! The custom work is second to none. I traveled from Charlotte NC for my Jeep, and it was worth every mile! Thanks David and thanks DTO for running such a great shop!

Everyone at DTO Customs was great to work with, especially David. David focused on my needs, not his, and what made me happy in the right vehicle. He was upfront but in the most respectful way I've seen at a car dealership ever. I highly recommend this dealership and make sure you go see David for all of your needs. This man spent an entire day texting with me back and forth working out informal numbers just so I could figure out my budget.

Jonah made my trade in and purchase as simple as it could be. Loving a very busy lifestyle, Jonah was able to do everything over the phone and digitally. I spent maybe 15 minutes at the dealer and drove away in my new truck. Couldn’t have asked for a better dealer to deal with.

We recently purchased a Jeep here and I cannot say enough positive things about the people and the fabulous customer service! We called and spoke with David about a Jeep I was interested in coming to see and as soon as we arrived I knew this was going to be an easy experience. Both David and Jonah assisted us, answered any questions we had and not once were we pressured about making a purchase. They are friendly, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable. I test drove another car and so did my husband before deciding on my original “find.” This was by far the easiest, most “relaxing” experience we have had when purchasing a vehicle.
Regarding the vehicles themselves and the DTO inventory, this is THE place to find a custom Jeep or Bronco. They have so many options and for me had exactly what I wanted regarding the specific type of Jeep, size of the lift, and color. I could not be happier and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a custom Jeep!
