This nail salon is dark, dirty and disgusting in every way. I had a woman basically yell at me from behind after I asked how long for a pedicure. She was upset because she had been waiting and no one had come up to the front. The entire atmosphere was depressing. I waited for 25 minutes and changed my service to a polish change because that is all I had time for. The people that worked there seemed upset about that and were moving me from chair to chair without any discussion. It felt like I was an inconvenience for even being there. Definitely will not be going back.

I'm so disappointed in this business and it's unfortunate because it is so conveniently located for me. There are so many issues that I'm struggling with where to start. First, I've been to this shop about 10 times and it has been consistently filthy each time that I visited. I had hoped that they would get their act together with regard to cleanliness but they never did. The technician I used each time was "Bella". The service I have received from her has been consistently rude at its worst and aloof at its best. I was referred to this shop by a friend and Bella even had the nerve to say (in a very aggravated manner) under her breath while doing my nails, " I can't believe that "name omitted" keeps referring all her friends here. What business gets angry when Customers refer other Customers??? It was after this episode that I threw in the towel and refused to return. The quality of the manicures and dipping powder were pretty good but not good enough to put up with her foolishness. They did manage to screw up my friend's pedicure to the point that she had to go to a podiatrist because of a rash related to their service. Save your time and money and stay away from this place. The negative reviews about this business are real!

This was a few months ago, and I left a review on yelp but .. this nail salon will leave your nails looking like this. Truly horrific. The lady who did my nails rushed, cut me a few times, blamed me if something was wrong with me nails, and even timed herself to finish and get up. I commented multiple times that my nail bed looked a little thick, and she said “no that’s just your eyes” .. she gaslit me multiple times into believing it was supposed to look like this. If I could put zero stars I would.

I stopped in here just to get my gel polish taken off, and thank goodness I wasn’t getting any actual service done. The workspace they sat me at was dirty; the nail tech clearly did not swap out the towel that was there in place from either her previous use, or another client’s use.She also did a terrible job taking off my gel, leaving residue. I pointed out to her where there was still residue to be buffed off and asked her to go back over it, and she sort of huffed about it and did it half heartedly. I didn’t object further because I just wanted to leave at that point. A week later, I’m still trying to get residue off my nails. I wouldn’t go back here.
