After months of being here, not even a full year, prices are increasing by $60 with no explanation. It’s hard to get ahold of anyone over the phone, and it isn’t 24/7 access - you have to pay extra for that!
Insane, would not recommend.

Had an appointment with the wonderful PM Danielle - she made this process so easy and explained everything to me! Please make sure she is recognized for being such a great employee!! This is my SECOND time here renewing for a ledger unit and in more than pleased with her!!

I have downloaded the app as instructed, allowed all permissions, and reinstalled several times.
Unfortunately, I continue to receive "please turn on Bluetooth" message and nothing happens...

Very reasonable prices and very helpful staff. Loading dock can get crowded on a weekend, so it's better to go there during the week if you can. Their moving boxes are much higher quality than in department or big box stores.
