It’s sad I have to give Flagship Car Wash one star rating because their service today was not what I expected. They are usually better at vacuuming the car and the wash was not great at all. My car doesn’t even look like it has been washed. I guess I have to start looking for another car wash. Any recommendations?

This is what $44 gets you. Left the wash about 20 minutes ago. The interior on my car looks okay but this is what my exterior looks like. If I’d paid $12 or some other small fee, lousy workmanship would not bother me as much. But now, after paying someone to clean my car, I have to wash the car AGAIN myself, which I would normally do, and I will just keep doing. There were people detailing (detailing… LMAO) the outside after it went through the machine and didn’t see fit to address any of this? What wouldn’t come through on my camera was the half-clean windshield. Seriously, avoid this dumpster fire. Suggest the staff all see an optometrist.

I recently visited this location for a car wash, and it was a terrible experience. Unlike other flagship locations, I was asked to drive my wheel onto a thin rail, which caused additional damage to my rim. While my rim had some pre-existing damage, the new damage clearly happened because of the staff’s instructions. I also noticed some white residue on my wheel that a staff member wiped, but they insisted it didn’t come from my car and that it wasn’t related to the damage.
I was told I could view the camera footage to file a damage claim, but they only showed parts highlighting the old damage and refused to let me see the full footage. A damage record was created, but they indicated it was unlikely I would receive any follow-up, offering only a complimentary detail cleaning as a “solution.” Very disappointing and unprofessional I would not recommend this location.

It’s unfortunate to see how much this place has declined compared to what it used to be when it was running at its best. The quality has gone downhill significantly. The staff seem more focused on chatting and goofing around than actually working, and vehicles are leaving the wash still wet, with water spots all over them. When you bring it up, the attendants blame the drying machine, but the issue isn’t the equipment — it’s the lack of effort from the people responsible for wiping the cars down.
That said, the new manager, who previously worked for the old company, seems to understand exactly what I’m talking about. Hopefully, with his leadership, things can start turning around soon.

Won’t be in business long with the prices, lack of effort and extra for everything. $40-$50 for a car wash is crazy, then did I a terrible job.

There are very unprofessional and not clean well I have to ask them to do thier job and the manager she was she did attitude with me and I have to show where that left unclean I pay for full service still I clean my car

The best carwash in town. Ive taken my truck to other flahship stores but none of them clean it as well as this store has. The quaility here is amazing. The supervisors here a super nice and are always friendly. I work in construction so my truck in always dirty but after 15 minutes in this store and it comes out spotless. Their service is above and beyond, they have even offered to send my vehicle through a second time if there is still dirt on it. Amazing service from them.

First and last time I’ll visit this location. I’m all for folks having fun at work but when it’s at the mercy of doing your job correctly and paying attention to customer concerns, that’s a problem. I even asked and tipped well to have the bugs removed from the front. No follow through and determination to complete the job. $40 and I had to do the job myself. Unbelievable

This place is great at times, but the issue is the employess are overworked, and the consistency is down. My car was brand new and had some scratches on console after my first wash and everything it's getting worse. They do a terrible job with wiping and not scratching. I have brought my car only here at this wash. I also pay 75 for premium and only got the orange cones about 6 times it's been over 6 months in the membership. I am finally going to stop today it's not worth the price they need to restructure and have employees with shorts shifts to keep up quality.

Nice car wash on the outside. But very poor job on the inside cleaning. They did not remove the mats nor clean off the dog hair. I expected this for the premium $44 service. See the picture of all the dog hair on the second row seating. I will not be going back to this location. ?

Crooks. Don’t sign up for the membership. I canceled my membership and was still charged for another month. I sent them a email and they never responded.

I liked the car wash. (Sudley Manor Dr.& Ashton Ave.) My truck came out almost clean, but on the lower portion of the driver’s side door did not get clean at all! The machines need to be adjusted in order to rectify this issue. I will give this carwash another chance. I hope that this issue would get resolved soon!
