Clean and excellently organized and maintained, but why do I need to enter my phone number to get the color special? And why did the clerk argue with me when I told her to take the ridiculously priced Old Navy dress off my order because I couldn't get the discount without giving her my phone number?

Service is always wonderful and everyone is helpful. Large selection of clothing. Clean and organized. Good value especially if you sign up for sales.

This store checked all the boxes for a thrift store. It had good prices, a sale of the day although no senior discounts. A dressing room. Toys, games and household items reasonably priced, a clothes sorted in size order! Orderly and rather clean for such a large store.

Absolutely Terrible customer service. Many items are not priced and when you bring them up to purchase them, you can’t because they won’t sell you something that has no price tag, nor will they get a manager to come over and help. Just a hard stop nope… they could easily price it so you can purchase it. Very disappointing.

Hopefully it’s just cause it’s a newer store but the store is extremely small. Didn’t have much to look at . I was surprised especially with the zip code it’s in . I’m really hoping you can drop off items earlier than 10 am as well

Posted hours are incorrect. They do not close at 8:00 on Saturdays. Don't waste your time.

There are so many thrift stores in the Northern Virginia area now that are FOR Profit. They have different names but are owned by the same group. Savers, Unique, 2Ave, etc. Completely FOR profit on their website with the list of stores they own. The problem is, even though they hand you a receipt, you can't write off your donations. If that is your goal for your donations, you had better go to Goodwill so you can legally write your donations off. You can't beat Goodwill!

Be prepared for them to list all of your clothes on eBay! They have an e-commerce department now so all clothes will be sold for full price. Send anywhere besides goodwill. Was at the grand opening and the CEO of goodwill even says herself they ship all the expensive/ good items to department center to he listed on eBay and goodwill.com for full profit. so much for a non profit store?
