I was used to Kroger in Tennessee. Groceries in NOVA are ridiculous. Teeter has some of the best sales period, including best prices on beef during sales than anywhere else.

I usually love this place. But there was only one box of Harris Teeter brand Cola Zero, and the box was crumbled. In such a circumstance, it should’ve been put into some clearance section. The store should really consider having a small corner with a rack at the pharmacy area as a clearance section.

Love Harris Teeter, but disappointed they charge a money back fee now. I would rather they put a strict limit on what you can get than charge me a fee.

This Harris teeter is closest to me and I try not to go here. Of course I end up inside for a few boxed or non perishables that I quickly need to get. But I avoid this store. So many reasons including horrible customer service. The workers do not want to help you at all. But! That's not even the worst. One time I was looking at the pork chops and I noticed a finger width hole in one of the chops. I picked it up and informed the meat dept worker. Showed him and assumed he would want to take it. He took it and right in front of me turned around and put an additional piece of Saran wrap over the meat and put it back. All within less than 2 minutes. I was still standing there! If they think this is ok in front of a customer. That is very poor training and I can't imagine what they do when noone is looking. unfortunately I have more stories similar from this store hence I only buy non perishables

We had back to back very bad experience here, customer service person is really not willing to come out her little office to assist, and today we did a self check out and had an issue so we ask for help, and the girl looked at us in a very mean way , plus we ask if they had a large bag for an item we had and she replied in a nasty unpleasant tone !
If they want keep their customers, management needs to step up !

I currently work at Harris teeter in the pizza department twice a week( every Monday and Tuesday) our pizzas always come in hot and fresh ready to serve to our valued customers! I do apologize in advance if we ever get extremely busy we try our best to get every customers order out in a timely manner! Our pizzas do taste absolutely delicious!

I love their sub deals on Fridays. We are in there all the time. My only complaint is that I wish they had the sushi deals more often. My kids like their pizza but it seems to be really salty to me.
