Samantha B ?? was rude and inpatient with us even though we spent over $300 in equipment this visit alone. We travel all over the east coast and use white cap in district heights and they have great customer service ?. Do better white cap.

Great people. Had to make delivery. Overnight parking on the side before you enter the all the say inside. They start taking delivery at 8am. Left 8:30.

Really bad experience with the guys in front desk.If you are latino you will be treated rude and they make jokes about your appearance. I travel a lot and I am a customer who buys from other white cap stores on all of the east coast.. nobody should get treated like how I was.

Just bought the K100 channel drain system from White Cap in Gainesville. I literally called every store in the DMV to try to find someone who stocked a 5†channel drain with cast iron grates and they were the only ones. Eddy, the salesman, was a big help and was very knowledgeable. It was my first time dealing with these guys and I look forward to working with them again!

Good quality supplies. Decent inventory. Most things you'll need that are specialty will need to be special ordered. Shipping usually is pretty quick as well. Overall good supply stuff
