Every time we come in here our dressing room gets put back before we can try our items on… I’m not sure how this keeps happening every time. Today being the most recent 9/29.. we still spent close to $500 but would’ve spent more if our first round of items hadn’t been put back…

Great store and excellent customer service, the associates are so nice and welcoming. Stylish clothes but limited options for petite sizes. Would love to see more variety in petite sizes in the future

Alex gets a top rating. She was extremely helpful, soft spoken and nice to talk to. She was also working hard while I was shopping but noticed when I was ready to check out! ?

Nice clothes, good quality, high prices compared to other stores but it is because it is a finer clothing store than usual.

Nice clothes, clean store. However, customer service, training, and systems are horrible. They didn’t have the size of pant my wife wanted. Offered to purchase online and have the item shipped to our house. They did so and charged our credit card. Said we would receive an email receipt but provided no physical receipt. No email ever received. Went back to the store later, and they said to call customer service. Call CS and no information on order could be located. No proof of purchase?! This is NOT how to run a business.

I will NEVER step foot in this location again. Upon entering, I observed two women reorganizing the floor. Both looked at me and did not say hello. After about seven minutes, one associate out of the bunch said hello. I sincerely thanked her for being the first to greet me, and I explained my experience upon entering. I think she told the two women who didn’t say hello what I said because I got multiple looks (but no greeting) as I walked around for a few more minutes. The following two customers who entered the store received greetings from the associates that barely looked up when I walked in. I know why I had this experience, and the other customers did not. Enough said.

I really like the layout of the store. Always clean and bright, clothes perfectly displayed, good music. But the service is lacking. I went again this evening - didn't get greeted by anyone at all and when I walked by a worker who was hanging clothes on the floor, I happily said “good evening!” And she looked at me and kept folding clothes- no smile no hey. I almost purchased a few things but left just b/c the entire visit was SO awkward.UPDATE: I recently visited this location to exchange a pair of pants that I bought at Tysons and the saleswomen were great-they helped me find what I was looking for and a few other good deals. They were about to close but they were patient and courteous. I’d like to visit again.
