Excellent news to desk easy to find material ,returns are all ways please. They need more help but they definitely shine the brightest because while understaffed that times they keep the line moving today.. I’ve ordered a large selection of landscaping in planters, including their annuals throughout the years for various real estate purposes and their team is very helpful not exactly Merrifield but very affordable

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Lowe’s with an employee named Ariel. I attempted to exchange my lawnmower, which was too small for my needs, as I’m a pro member and understand the store’s 365-day return/exchange policy for pro members, per the website. Ariel was unprofessional, refused to assist with the exchange, and provided no clear explanation. When I originally purchased the lawnmower, it came with only one battery instead of the two promised, and I was told to return later to pick up the second one, which was inconvenient and never resolved. Most frustratingly, Ariel dismissively told me to “time out,” which is an unacceptable way to address a customer. Due to this poor service, I left the items I purchased at the store. I have video evidence of this interaction, highlighting the unprofessional behavior. This experience has left me very dissatisfied with Lowe’s.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at the Gainesville, VA Lowe’s. I placed a curbside pickup order and immediately called customer service because one of the items showed only one in stock. I asked them to make sure someone pulled it right away. The woman I spoke with said she would have someone grab it, and I never heard back, so I assumed it was handled.
Over 2.5 hours later, with no update or ready-for-pickup notification, I called again. After being put on hold repeatedly and passed between employees, we were finally told the rug was no longer available. Frustrating enough on its own—but it gets worse.
Because the order still hadn’t been processed or refunded, I canceled the item through the Lowe’s app. Instead of being refunded, I was charged again. I ended up being billed twice, so now I’m now out nearly $400. When I went to the store to resolve the issue, I was shocked at how rude and dismissive the customer service team was. Even the manager acted like we had done something wrong, when the mistake was clearly on their end. They claimed they couldn’t find the double charge in their system, even after I showed them the charges on my bank account proving it.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Poor communication, no accountability, a serious billing issue, and an unprofessional attitude from the staff. We will never shop at this Lowe’s again. Heading to Home Depot now where they know how to treat people right!!

It's Lowes.
What can I say?
I bought the items I needed, didn't need help from an associate, rang myself up (as if I work there free of charge) and left.
Everything is expensive.
This isn't a surprise to anyone who buys anything.
The store was clean & rather empty so no line, I suppose that was great.

Since the stuff inside tends to kind of be the same I use the rating scale for the customer service.
There was an irate/difficult customer ahead of me in line and the person running the register handled it beautifully and did not let that experience affect her when she helped me.

Ask for help 3 times at the counter for tools area and waited 15- 20 with no help. No customer service here. Ended up walk away and dropping my items then head over to home depot.

Had enough gold bathroom faucet selections for our new vanity install. We went to a lot of Lowe's in the area and this was the only one that had a decent inventory of gold bathroom faucets.

Linda is a great store manager…however, her employees in Appliances should be trained in customer service. I asked a simple question and was laughed at by one of the workers in that department. From now on I will be choosing Home Depot for my hardware needs unless Linda answers the phone.

Ordered a gas grill on, i wanted to pick up at the store. The item was in stock. After i ordered i got a confirmation that my order was ready for pick up about 15 minutes later. Later that day i went to pick up my grill and decided to use curbside pickup. Instead of going in the store to wait, why not stay in my truck. So i checked in with the link provided, it was attached to my " ready to pick up" text that i recieved. Within 15 minutes my grill was brought out and i was headed home. Great experience, thank you Lowes!

This is my local Lowe's and every visit is a pleasant experience. Never crowded and always well staffed with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable associates.
