“These women are angels from heaven. Had to get labs drawn for my three-year-old. He gets a monthly injection and routine immunizations and when those happen, it is a wrestling match with a lot of screaming and crying. they welcomed him in, showered him with stickers, and had the most calm demeanor. They walked him through exactly what they were doing and he didn’t flinch when they got the needle in his vein first try. It was the most positive experience we’ve ever had around needles and I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and accommodation of young children.”

“I went in due to a sudden loss of hearing in my ear. NP Whitney Hood and her nurse were so pleasant and listened to my concerns. After a few minutes, Whitney was able to diagnose this as sudden sensorineural hearing loss. She said next steps were to see an ENT and start steroids. Her nurse was able to get me in with an ENT that morning. A week later and 1 steroid injection, I have gotten some hearing back. Thank you for your quick actions and your professionalism during such an anxious time for me.”

“Exceptional service. Exactly what i needed, expedient service with a smile. I had an appointment, arrived a couple of minutes prior to the appointment time. Checked in on my phone from the text message received to do so. Walked in, sat down. Called back with 5 minutes. Departed precisely 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Believe other reviewers that are disgruntled arrived without appointments and had to wait for an opening, of course someone with an appointment is going to get called back before you!
Clean facility, friendly staff that greet you with a smile and know how to do their jobs very well.
Prefer getting my labs here than that “other” large provider of the same services- way better experience here.”

“With two kids in multiple sports, we have had multiple injuries needing treatment. Dr. Frymoyer has been wonderful to say the least. He’s prompt, and thoroughly assesses what our kids are saying & feeling with each injury, etc. It’s clear sports medicine and helping his patients feel their best, is a passion.”
“I want there for blood test and urinalysis. I did walk-in. It was very quick. The front desk was very helpful and the nurse was really kind with the needle. The restroom was clean and comfortable to use. Definitely recommend.”
