### Harassment and Bullying: Unacceptable Conduct at Michael Angles Agency Under Allstate
My recent experience with Michael Angles Agency under Allstate has been nothing short of appalling, far beyond what one would expect from any professional entity, particularly an insurance agency. This has been the worst encounter I have ever had with any insurance agency in my life. My legitimate complaint was completely ignored, and the communication I received was not just unprofessional but extremely harsh and aggressive.

**Customer**: I am (as soon as the customer tries to speak, the owner talks over the customer).
**Agency**: No! Listen, listen to me. We're not having a conversation. This is a one-sided conversation. You've taken up way too much of my staff time. (Note: Only 3 emails and 1 short phone call prior to this call) We're not having any more conversations with you. We're not answering any more questions for you. If you'd like to leave (Allstate), that's fine. That's your prerogative. Everything was done on the up and up. I don't appreciate the accusations that it wasn't. I don't appreciate the lack of knowledge and pushing us to continue answering those questions. We're not answering any more questions.
**Customer**: I just... (as soon as I try to speak, he talks over, never letting the customer talk).
**Agency (now shouts)**: END OF STORY!! END! OF! GOOD-BYE!! (CLICK!) (terminated the call abruptly).
Such severe and rapid escalation in tone suggests a critical need for training in professional conduct and possibly anger management for the staff involved. This level of hostility is alarming and unacceptable from any service provider, especially one associated with a respected brand like Allstate. 1. **Formal Apology**: A formal written apology from Michael Angles Agency for the unprofessional and aggressive behavior exhibited by their staff during my recent interaction.
2. **Training Implementation**: Mandatory professional conduct and anger management training for all staff members at Michael Angles Agency to ensure future interactions with customers are handled with respect and professionalism.
3. **Policy Review and Improvement**: A review and improvement of Allstate’s customer service policies to prevent similar incidents from occurring with other customers in the future.
4. **Correction of Records**: Removal of any unfair or negative records on my account related to this incident.
These steps are necessary to restore trust and ensure that no other customer has to endure the same unprofessional and hostile treatment.

I rarely leave reviews, however, I feel my experience with Nicole Borba at Allstate is worth sharing. We are new to the home purchasing process, yet Nicole made the insurance portion absolutely seamless for us. She showed us that she had our best interest in mind when reviewing the different options and was so thorough in explaining it with honest feedback. We have been with Allstate for our auto policy for a while and thought that this would be a good time to shop around, yet we decided to stay with Allstate and add our homeowners insurance through them due to this great experience! Thank you Nicole!!!

I am lucky to have Renata reached out to me for my cars and home insurance quotes. She is very knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and patient. I had been with Geico for a very long time, but speaking with Nicole, I was sold. It wasn't so much that All State blew me away. It was that she took almost 2 hours to just talk and teach me about my policy. I appreciate her professionalism and honest throughout our conversation.

Nicole was extremely helpful. Being that we were from a US Territory and there was no driving record, she went above and beyond to find the info and was able to give us a quote. We had a real person to talk to and answer our questions. We did finalize our insurance with Allstate sucessfully.
