i had to go to this michaels location because the things i needed at my nearby location were out of stock. the man over the phone (i think charles) was super helpful and even went to the aisle to make sure what i needed was in stock. when i arrived in store, this very kind lady named Kyla helped me out. she knew where everything was and was super kind to my grandmother who is hard of hearing. when i asked where 3 things were 3 separate times, she was not annoyed by my many questions and was ecstatic to help me. she told me the aisles that the items would be in and was correct on all of it. she’s a great employee and deserves more credit!! thank you for a great experience.

Framing department....wasn't impressed- limited mat options, limited frame options. Nice enough I just wanted something like what I used to get at Adler's in Clifton.

Clean, friendly staff. Michaels in general as a cooperation need to lower their prices. You can get the same Halloween stuff from Marshall and HomeGoods for a lot cheaper.

Me and my friends were here, perhaps talking a little loudly but otherwise not causing a disturbance. A grown male employee decided to follow us through every. single. aisle. in the store, not even attempting to be subtle, GLARING at us despite us smiling and waving and trying to be amicable. This continued until we were so uncomfortable we chose to leave. What makes this location think this is appropriate in the slightest? Even if we WERE being a disturbance, this behavior is appalling. We will not be returning.

I was looking for frames. In the style and size I needed, there were only 2 on the shelf. When I asked the associate if there were more in the back, he said probably but indicated he wasn't willing to go look. I needed things from another part of the store, but there were no other associates around to help me. The best thing about my visit was the cashier named Moody. He was sweet and warm. I really enjoyed meeting him.Oh, another thing--the store needs bigger bags for customer purchases.
