Very easy site to make appointments and also on site. I've never had any difficulty and those who have seen me have taken the time to provide personable communication with information and detail. I was also happy that they were in stock for the shingles vaccine. ++

Made an appointment for a rapid test in advance, got texts and emails all day confirming and reminding me of my appointment, showed up 15 minutes early like it said and NOBODY WAS EVEN THERE. Lights off, everything packed away, and it wasn't even CLOSE to closing time. Zero stars if I could.

CVS Hour Clinic: Appointment times not kept, even with staff in the exam room. Door closed for 20 minutes (not lunch time), then \\\"not ready yet\\\" with door open and no patient in the room.

Very unpleasant experience. Go if you don’t mind being ignored and belittled. Sad because this was once my go to clinic.

I would have given zero stars. I had an 1800 appointment today and had been waiting in my car since 1700. I received emails and texts confirming my appointment time. I finally in went around 1810 because the virtual board view from the phone wasn’t working. My name was on the board, and appeared 12 minute wait time. I kept waiting, and notice two other patients waiting. They had appointments at 1720 and their names were no longer on the board. We kept waiting until 1845 then finally knocked on the door, the sign on the door said closed but waiting room was still open. It appears the provider left at some point.

Got sick on a Saturday but thank goodness for Minute clinic! Easy check in process and the wonderful NP took great care of me and had me diagnosed and on my way with prescription meds in hand (filled right there in the pharmacy) in under 30 min. She even called me later to let me know I had left my gloves at the clinic and she would leave them at the front register for pickup. Wow, she's awesome! I've brought my kids in here before and been very pleased with the service and care! And I will definitley come in again when the need arises!

if you close 20 minutes before you "actually" close, then change your work hours.

I took my mom to this Minute Clinic because her primary doctor did not have any appointments available for that day. She had been sick for two weeks, with what we knew was a sinus infection. It took forever for her to be seen, the doctor (an Asian woman) was extremely slow.

Turned us away because they closed in 5 minutes. Don't post a closing time if you close before then. My screaming in pain 4 year old is more important than you leaving on time. We will never go back.
