Four sandwiches, all good. Roast beef, tuna, bacon & avocado, and turkey. Also a Greek salad which was very good. Old style chicken noodle soup was good, but the bread bowl just gets soggy and mushy. Very crowded at lunchtime with all tables occupied; had to wait a few minutes for a table. Several tables and booths only had one person. Ordering on the tablet was cumbersome; way too many sub-menus and difficult to choose options. The touch screen was not sensitive which made it difficult to touch the on-screen buttons. Plenty of free parking.Parking: Plenty of parking on the back side of the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Difficult to enter either door in a chair. No self-opening doors. Easy to roll up to a table, but no room to roll up to the booths.

I went to sit down and eat there for breakfast. Eggs, and tomato soup were ok. But the bread was super fresh.Great atmosphere, very clean, and of course, great customer service.

This is my 2nd time ordered experience and my experience is terrible as like the first time. The manager is not even nice at all and has many reasons before getting our oder, acting like she doesn’t hear my voice at all too. So rude. I don’t understand why she’s a manager because Ive been working on this company for 5 years but all of us as a manager are well trained , nice , Friendly and professional.Better improve your customer service because the first time I ordered here they’re forgot all my sides chips and I already left. . I’m so disappointed.

One of the biggest Panera Bread places that I have been to amd know of. Very clean and nice set up. Foods always good. But wish the bread was a little softer.

I like how much natural light comes inside. I need all the bright and light possible. Especially in the mornings it helps to wake me up. I come to Panera to do a little work and grab a sandwich breakfast and their caramel latte. Always make sure to input my phone number to get rewards.This specific Panera is clean and organized. Restroom are clean- always appreciate a clean restroom. Employees are polite and food comes out fast.

The broccoli soup tasted great with a piece of bread. My favorite meal with a small drink or coffee. This location had friendly employees. The tables and the bathrooms needed some attention, but overall, it was ok. I will still recommend it.

Do NOT online order without checking for EVERYTHING before leaving. They are terrible at fulfilling orders.First time, I ordered a turkey AVOCADO BLT and there was no avocado and I ordered 2 soups and 1 of the soups was incorrect.Now tonight I ordered 2 soups with bread bowls and I did a quick check in the bag and saw a smaller bad inside with bread so I left. Got home and they gave me 1 baguette and I did NOT get the 2 bread bowls I ordered.

I put in an online order at this Panera on Nov. 19th for the Wednesday before Thanksgiving - since they were to be closed on Thanksgiving. I ordered and paid for a dozen bagels, cream cheese and cinnamon buns. On Wednesday the 22nd I went to pick them up. I was about 40 min. early for my 1;40 confirmed order. After being ignored at pick up for a while I asked and was told my order was in the line for 1:40. I asked if I had to wait another half hour. Then I was told - oh - sorry - we are out of bagels. Must have sold yours this morning - too bad. I guess someone didn't do their job. You can get something else or have your money back. I took my refund. As best i can tell the management at this place is unprofessional and lacks courtesy. If you do an online order in advance - be prepared to go there to pick it up and then be told - oops we sold your stuff - too bad.

I love their chocolate croissants. My husband brought few chocolate croissants for me on the weekend. They tasted super old. ? I had to throw them away. I honestly felt like they kept the old ones and sold them.

The food is always good, to bad the people handing it out aren't. They let one person sit a a 4 person booth all day on their computer. They only have like 5 booths. They should have signs up saying 30 minute time limit At the tables. My husband and I have really been going to Panera quite often, but we are starting to rethink about going there.

I have been coming here for a while, but the quality of service has gone downhill considerably. If you come here, I would make sure to check that your order is correct and without issues prior to leaving the restaurant. It started off with the incorrect meat being on my breakfast sandwich. Then the other day there was a long black hair inside my sandwich. When I mentioned something to the manager in the morning, she said that it was not that big of a deal. This is obviously concerning to hear from someone in a position of leadership. Based on my recent experiences, I have just stopped coming to this location entirely.
